That’s Peter Sargent been on board now for almost 6 months. In that time we have secured 2 x contracts worthy of RNS. The contract today worth £45k is due to start in more than 4 months time. If the dozen or so contracts “waiting to be signed” are like this one then it will be a long and slow road ahead!!
Guess that’s what happens when you fail to deliver … last contract 31/08/2023. All talk about pipeline of projects … apparently 10 “waiting to be signed” … I’m sure there will be a significant increase but only when contracts are delivered.
Why has PYC not secured any contracts since 31/08/2023?The pipeline is “the best ever” and has been “vetted”, “filtered”, to only contain concrete prospects!
All these contracts “awaiting signature” in November. Why haven’t they been signed?
Be interesting to get Jim’s take on the points above - see who is to blame this time!!

Look back at contracts signed last 4 months. With the exception of grant income - zero contracts!

P8, Quite amusing that by 7.12 this morning you have written an email to your goddess received a comprehensive reply and posted both yet two days ago you were posting that you were too busy at work to reply to fellow posters questioning the content of your ramping posts….does not add up does it? Any person who has genuinely followed the history here over the years will not be surprised by placing and would have sold up earlier this year in anticipation of an option of buying back a lot cheaper. You have showed us all in reality you haven’t got a clue . Do yourself a favour stop digging the hole your in even deeper go to work and stop posting absolute rubbish. It’s not for all the Management Team. Not long back from a lovely jolly abroad!! However according to JM we are in the best position ever … best pipeline ever … I’m sure most shareholders would disagree but he’s not interested in that!!
The operating loss increased 6.5% to £359,114 (2021: £337,040)
Cash and cash equivalents at 30 June 2022 of £687,674 (30 June 2021: £1,043,450) (no mention of current cash figure)
Only two noteworthy contracts year to date in 2022 (last one in April)

On 7th March they disclosed "the Company has a strong pipeline of projects in advanced discussion" - can't be that far advanced!!!

In summary - 3 new mouths to feed against 1 new contract ... Share price on its arse ... 2 year cash runway evaportaing ... according to Jim Millen company is in the best position it has ever been in ... if only we had a genuinely strong pipeline ... ohhh wait!!!
Blockage in the BD funnel? Misleading statements? Stretching the truth? Only JM knows what went wrong! Only 2 contracts this year. Could be out of funds a lot quicker than the 2 years stated!

Repeat business from previous clients / customers. According to time scales in the RNS’s that work has been concluded. Hence previous not current!
The points raised below were submitted to the company. Only JM can tell you why he did not respond. Truro - companies both large and small have used our services in the past - not so sure about the usually come back for more part. It looks like we have had multiple contracts from Merck (last one Dec 2021 for 6 months) and Bicycle (May 2021 for 6 months). Nothing from them since. My point being we have signed 2 contracts in YTD 2022 and none of them have been repeat business.
Well Jim. Thanks for taking the time the other week to give us all 30 mins and provide an update on what has been an abysmal performance for 2022 to date. You reiterated the pipeline was the best it’s ever been. Again I will ask you why next to no conversion? You mentioned we have enough cash to last 2 years. Based on what? Overheads (headcount) is increasing without an increase in sales - you wouldn’t be stretching the truth here again would you? And finally did the large pharma you eluded to deliver a large contract in terms of revenue? As you stated there is no direct correlation between size of client and size of contract. Misleading people again possibly. What were the targets in terms of revenue and expenditure for this year - care to enlighten us??
So another new low achieved today. Only 2 contracts worthy of an RNS announced this year. In the update the other week JM thinks he’s doing a stellar job as revenue increased by 14% against a year where Covid previously slashed revenues. Still thinks we will get something from DoseMeRx even though he admitted he has heard nothing since December last year. Still commenting on best pipeline ever with no conversion. Still no director buys. Under 2p within a month at this rate!
