Only thing that is going to shift this is meaningful contracts. From a £1.7m pipeline only 2x contracts in the past 4 months. £600k loss last year. That’s PS been here over 14 months, Chief Exec for 10 months. Honeymoon well and truly over!!

How many do you still hold from 6p Riddler … still trying to bully others … not a great look.

Happy to be corrected … Purchase approx. £2.7k worth of shares and you hail PS as if he is the messiah?

Share price was at least 3x current value when he joined 14 months ago - not to mention the 50% discounted placing earlier in July. Only 2 contracts signed in last 4 months … whatever happened to the £1.7m pipeline of contracts? Very little being converted … Long long long way to go!

Just popping on the last part of the VAL RNS as you must have run out of characters:

The LOI and proposed Licence Agreement (as referred to in the announcement of 2 November 2021) remain non-binding and there is no guarantee that this Licence Agreement will be executed or that it will generate material revenues within the expected timeframe or at all.

Perhaps even ZERO revenue to PYC!

Seriously?? Did anyone pick up on the number of references to the pipeline in the latest update?

Why was the potential pipeline not specifically referenced?? Is the £1.7m (allegedly ) not relevant any more??

In that time:

The share price is the lowest it has ever been. Was approx 2.4 Sept 2023 and now 0.625.

Issued 63m shares at a price of 0.6 (50%) discount in July heavily diluting existing shareholders.

Talks about best ever pipeline - an increase from £1m to £1.5m almost overnight but doesn’t seem to translate into sales.

States in a May RNS that “ we would then be going into its next financial year with one of its highest ever levels of signed projects”. If so, and if the potential pipeline is so strong, then why the need to raise and dilute existing shareholders so much.

This looks like it will be in the doldrums for the foreseeable as any rise will be sold into with the 60m new shares.

That’s Peter Sargent been on board now for almost 6 months. In that time we have secured 2 x contracts worthy of RNS. The contract today worth £45k is due to start in more than 4 months time. If the dozen or so contracts “waiting to be signed” are like this one then it will be a long and slow road ahead!!

Guess that’s what happens when you fail to deliver … last contract 31/08/2023. All talk about pipeline of projects … apparently 10 “waiting to be signed” … I’m sure there will be a significant increase but only when contracts are delivered.

Why has PYC not secured any contracts since 31/08/2023?The pipeline is “the best ever” and has been “vetted”, “filtered”, to only contain concrete prospects!

All these contracts “awaiting signature” in November. Why haven’t they been signed?
