Stockopedia have written another favourable report recently regarding value and had been a top rated stock since I joined at the beginning of the year. The buy back program was a drag then as it has become again now. Short of a production problem. water/electrical supply this looks gift horse in mouth territory again. Any major problem would leak out and cause a sudden drop. This has been a gradual unexplained slide which market makers excel at exploiting. Gl all.

Good point General. Mine were in an ISA, so shouldn't have had it deducted in the first place. Will raise with Broker next week . Had about £450. Half in ISA and half in ordinary account. So quite a large holding which I offloaded thank heavens. Was going to hold out for £3 but stakes were just getting too high.

Big Friendly Giant now have 3.5% which explains the two large purchases reported this afternoon. Black Rock look as thought they still have 4.7% as the RNS suggests they only went below 5%. No news about the large trades yesterday. So are they simply spreading the shares out amongst themselves as it suggests.Cant believe nearly 10% of the company can be bought and virtually nil point share price movement.

Majedie were long gone and M& G back in January. Institutions are pretty bad at reporting sells on AIM. Obviously the regulators arnt bothered whether anyone sticks to the few rules that there are.

Maybe something to do with extended share buy back open till September. This is now where I bought in back in March, so decided to have another go. Anything above 39.45 is currently a buy

That'll be Norges Bank farting about again. They really are the strangest investing company. Those two 32 million trades definitely look like sells checking on London Stock Exchange trades at that time. Also they are identical times. Does that mean it got reported twice? I suppose it makes not much difference in the grand scheme. The sp went up. Brilliant!

4.5 million pounds worth that still a big purchase

Only 11 trades to day and 3 of those for nearly 4 and a half million shares. Thats 20% of the entire company. Might there be an RNS to follow?

I'm quite surprised Lord Lee wasn't already over 3%, wish I was! although I did top up substantially near as damn it to the placing price. I fail to see how this is not a far better company now than when the sp was over £1.50 a couple of years back. But there again the market has already shown how ridiculously misplaced its pricing can be.

High Tony. Mms have been playing this game for weeks now taking full advantage of the delayed results. Clearly there has been a large seller, although they posted the same 158,000 sell yesterday and today with the same date at the same time. Could be a transfer but again no RNS. I purchased at @ £2,18, £2.09 and £1.98 on the way down, always difficult to buy but no trouble to get sell quotes. Anyway nearly back to brake even. Lets hope the results justify our faith!

185,000 sell this a.m. and they will only let me have 2000 @1.94. I rest my case

On April 2nd when the share price was £2.07 they made the pre-close statement that the figures were in line and they were in profit for 3 million compared to a loss the previous year. They also state that they expect the business to improve significantly on the back of more people working from home. The shares duly rose for the next two weeks reaching a peak of £2.95. Then the placing was announced and it drifted back fairly slowly to the placing price of £2.40 like just about every company that has announced a placing since. The problem is that being in a closed period and possibly involved in price sensitive negotiations they are not at liberty to disclose further information to the market nor would they want to. Quite why the share has fallen this far is largely due to unfounded speculation and suspicion. It maybe there is no deal in the offing in which case they have strengthened the balance sheet. No doubt there will be some sort of update when the results are announced, but it was never going to come out before the results. I would not be surprised that the market makers are sitting pretty on a load of cheap shares waiting to sell them at very much increased price next month. They are certainly not letting them go in any volume at the moment. Maybe I am completely deluded, but it seems fairly obvious to me that this is a perfectly logical conclusion. Gl to all holders.

There are a growing number of companies that I am glad I no longer hold shares in. This is not currently one of them:

Understandably a bit of profit taking today by the looks. Not sure its enough to swing trade though and the chance of another uplift and rerate could be not that far off. Cant really say the directors undersell this company. They tell it as it is. Must be really tough out there and think these guys have performed amazingly. But don't reinstate full salary till we hit £1.50 lol

Cant imagine why anyone would want to take part in placing when in just about every single case of hundreds of placings this year you will have had the opportunity to buy cheaper.

It was a UT trade for 5000 share after close. I would be surprised if their private air charter doesn't pick up substantially after recent news. If you had the dosh why risk travelling with people you dont know? No offence......

To be fair Jolly. Revenue was down 13% and profits up 8%. When you look at the competitors which is quite hard to find like for like. Carr are not doing well, NWF have faired better but on the comparison tool on Stockopedia its WYN that comes out top on many metrics. As they say they are resilient in very tough times.

Interim div maintained. Adjusted profits up 8%. Barking good result chaps! "The Group is well-placed financially and operationally to navigate the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
