Maybe worth re-listening to what was said on this subject in the recent Investormeet webinar, especially about the advantage of being an underground mine in this regard and the likely location of surface plant.

At least he quickly realised the mistake and decisively got back in the next day - that takes some gumption.

Yes the last 6 digits are almost the same (in fact 1 share out), but that doesn't preclude him adding a multiple of 1m on/before the 26th does it.

Another possibility which would explain the dates is he could have bought the bulk of his holding in the placing but then added more in the market on the 26th taking him over the 3% threshold then.

You've posted all sorts of rubbish on here over the last few months, so it's no suprise that eventually one of your predictions would be right - a bit like a stopped clock.

Depends whether they give a target, or a "fair value". Zeus previously gave a fair value, by which they meant now.

Yes it's not as if the board had a choice of saying to the investor "Would you mind waiting until after the MRE and buying them at 5p instead?". They were offered the prinicely sum of £4.7m at a price over 2.5x the fundraising only 2-3 months prior, of course they took it.

Generally to get the Zeus notes you have to certify as a 'sophisticated investor' or similar and they are usually watermarked with personal details, which makes posting a link a bit difficult. You can get them on Investormeet, Research Tree or Zeus's website if you meet the criteria.

Do you not think they've taken that into account in the NPV C1p2D? See the various costs listed in the RNS including 'processing cost', 'mining cost' etc.

Usual bunch of muppet traders (half probably selling for a loss) who can't be bothered to do any research so they're off to chase another rainbow and try their luck there. It's also a bad day for the markets in general which doesn't help.
