I think you've misunderstood what tradeable/non-tradeable warrants means. In this case the warrants themselves are not tradeable, but if you exercise the warrants (use them to buy shares at 80p) then the resulting shares are just the same as any other shares! Some companies issue general warrants which are listed and publically tradeable on the market separately from the shares, i.e. you can buy and sell the warrants themselves.

The warrants are the right to buy X number of shares for 80p each for the next 6-7 months. Obviously there isn't much point in buying if you can buy shares in the market for less than 80p, but if/when the shareprice goes to say 200p the situation will be rather different!

Waiting with baited breath for the company to update us, with the odd bored holder slicing a few and others accumulating while we wait. As the last update on 24/1 said: "We are confident that this will lead to a positive transformation of the Company in the future and we look forward to updating shareholders to that effect in the near term".

is all that's needed here. But yes I don't think we'll have to wait very long until the newsflow starts rolling.

URU holders have been trying to use that 'link' to ramp URU for months, but there really is no connection.

Zorbas used to be CEO here but he's history now. That's the only link.

Thanks for that, I was wondering whether they would show up in dealing accounts. Trouble is I don't trust my broker (Equiniti, used to be Selftrade). I guess I'll give them a week or so then phone them up and hope there's someone there who knows what a warrant is!

There's lots of material on the new website, including a presentation and other text - haven't read it all yet myself. Don't know if anything there answers your specific question so it might still be a case of wait and see - especially what happens with the existing investments.

Has something shown in your account [and before anyone asks no I don't mean the shares you would get if you exercised the warrants] to indicate that the warrants are now valid and available to be exercised by you?

I reckon they're going to roll the funding+acquisition into one release. Looking at the presentation it seems pretty clear (heavy hints anyway) they already have a target and it's to do with whatsisname's online/offline social media concept or whatever it was.

This isn't an AGM it's a special GM to vote through significant changes including a name change and new investment policy - see the RNS on 9th Jan. These guys don't tend to mess about so I'd bet on an RNS today.

Interesting post on iii from a few weeks ago. "sharpnet 04 Jan 2017 Value Doing some basic maths just in relation to the coal asset...assuming 35% of 90,000,000 tonnes and a conversion of 2 tonnes to 1 barrel of fuel sold at US$60 and 50% of the income goes on costs, gives a ball park figure equivalent to approx £6 per share based on 40,000,000 shares in issue....?? Not sure how accurate this is, but it indicates the potential value of the coal asset...Happy to be corrected on this. It will be interesting to see what the plans are....will the coal asset be sold or kept for its income potential? Will the funds to be raised be used to accelerate production? Dividends soon? Or is there another investment being lined up to divesify things? Add in the Mexico mobile payment scheme and the calibre of the new management team. and one cant help feeling 2017 could be a very interesting year."
