the only time we ever had reference to 50% was when the apollo bid offer and improved terms were rebuked. here was the reference and note the order of those involved. if i was chairman i'd have been peeved off i wasn't referred to first.

BuyMeAnother the removal of the potential Chrysalis legal action is a massive black cloud lifted. Make no mistake about that and the share price was trading at just over and just under 30p on the day before the news of the potential Chrysalis legal action action broke (2nd Feb 24), hence my previous genuine statement that it should hopefully in due course get back to William Currie investment levels, circa 30p to 35p range or thereabouts and with Lauren Brindley's Options price of 27p as an in between target.

Worth also just bearing in mind that there should be a company update around the first or second week in February if things stay true to form and which should encompass the Golden Quarter of Festive and Black Friday to Cyber Monday trading - the best quarter in the retail calender by a country mile. RevB as you highlight with your Boots visit also supplemented it's bricks and mortar retail offering at that time by selling products additionally in 250 Boots stores at the the start of the quarter (October)

Worth probably holding till then and revieing for perhaps a fuller recovery and by that time RevB should also have had circa a month in Walmart stores in the US (1800 stores) and DM Stores in Germany (850 stores) to comment on.

Well ITM was sunk down with the likes of Plug so you would think it should resurrect itself back up.

Healthy volume today and hopefully the start of a sustained rise reflecting Neptune V contracts and work streams and with hopefully a comprehensive update towards the end of the month ( and hopefully upgraded guidance).

Today also marks the day most politicians got back into the office and there are 11 UK green hydrogen projects waiting imminent release of their share of £2 Billion.

The 65% club has been depleting with the share price moniman.

Now lost about another 10% to 15% in the demerger, including Moulding himself, unless he and they all buy back what they sacrificed in the market. Most probably haven't though given the fractuous state of this bulletin board at the weekend.

It's as ripe as it has ever been for an approach. The suggested structure of Kelso's bid for a UK listed company as about appealing as it could be for THG. Maybe better though to come for THG 'shareholders' imo

Up 17% now at Plug.

It's gone from 1.800 to 3.090 in the space of only a couple of weeks.

Somebody used this morning to fish for and to pick up stock.

Dark cloud removal of the magnitude that just happened at the end of last week and 2 more looking like imminent is worth far more than a penny or two on a share price imvho.

OhhAhh, completely agree with you that mist of MM's wealth is in THG and it's Equity rich wealth as opposed to cash rich wealth, otherwise he would not have reduced his THG Remainco holding by 5%. However I do disagree with you that "all strategy for MM must be to protect wealth in THG plc" as for two years he has completely done the opposite to the share price and his wealth and there are many retail PI's on here who are testimony to that also. He imvho been the biggest value destroyer of this share price and hurdle to value being realised. (Bids blocked, 2 year wait for Premium Listing, lack of strategy updates, No share buy backs, Limited RNS, Zero shareholder relations).

But finally we are now at Premium listing / ESCC and with an RNS and look how the share price has started to react to both that.

It could also be that the market also sees that his shareholding and those of his supporters shareholdings are at this time depleted, unless they have the funds to buy more Remainco.

Never a better time imvho for Selkirk to make an approach if that is what their intention is, and it certainly has all the hallmarks.

In fact might that swing not actually be closer to the 15.42% increase in QIA's percentage holding?

Those who've been on a Festive break returning to their desks this morning and catching up on all the Neptune V and green hydrogen news and making appropriate decisions for the year ahead.

ITM is one of my own nap shares for the year ahead, coming off such low levels and not having reflected a strong pick up in demand.

Nice volume backed rise thus far today.

MM down 5% and the big II’s up 5%, off a bigger slice of a smaller pie in their shareholdings and voting rights.

Probably more than 10% if you count up all the family, friends, colleagues foundation shares and retail PI’s who elected in favour of Ingenuity and then the counterbalance of those not electing to do so also gaining a bigger slice of a smaller pie.

From memory Selkirk are after paying a reasonable market price and in all probability with a rollover option also so no need to sell.

Personally if that resulted in changes in the composition of the THG Board then I'd be in favour of that and thought given all your comments on MM and TGL that you would be all for it as well?

The penny is now starting to drop that there was a circa 200 Million reduction in the Ordinary shares.

I have it that QIA's position has actually increased by 15.425% as a result, so they may have added a few also.

Could be Kelso increasing given they have pushed for Premium listing / ESCC for nearly two years

Jeff, there's an update coming here in a few weeks time and what with all these Neptune V orders and workstreams dropping pre-Xmas, festive break now over, and plenty time for some more, it really shouldn't be that hard to see.

As the Ordinary shares - i.e. the only ones you can buy or sell in the market, have decreased by over 200 million shares and hence cancelling out any dilutionary effect that was only ever created to let people elect.

Quite !! and its not even at what was a non dilutionary placing price of 49p and where £75 M (and more) was raised and given to Ingenuity to hive it off privately.

Would seem strange though Kbyk to participate in the placing to take Ingenuity private and not elect some that way.

I personally think it's a bit of both and one overarching RNS.
