We have had these conspiracy theories about sellers for months and there have been no recent TR1 changes in holdings other than substantial increases by CEO and Chairman and the Charitable foundation. You wont buy any of the 3 main THG divisions for double the present present share price and market cap.

Seems to be being manipulated against the Director and charitable purchases on volumes that don't equate to the percentage falls.

Wikipedia does quite a good job of listing the values paid for the businesses. Nothing in there for further expansions and the building up further of Beauty, Nutrition and THG Ingenuity. Compare with the present market cap and 3 recent bids rejected at 170p and above.

Market cap being attributed to the free float of shares bears no relation to the underlying institutional holdings and the large Director and Charitable foundation purchases.

Not sure it will be an all out bid. Probably more like a strategic investment. Large stake in return for funding along the same lines as Next, only having acquired a nice stake first at a discount.

That would lead to a further jump in the share price and return for the new shareholder.

Helps beat the price rises nearer the time if you get in early.
