Before you know it @THG Nutrition could end up itself become a FMCG on the food side in it's own right, aka Glanbia, Unilever etc etc.

That said at the present share price it will get taken over beforehand. Kelso listed about 12 such companies to whom it would appeal to, that's as it was last week, and before knowing what we know now.

Somebody is accumulating through the auction to avoid moving the price up quickly during market hours.

This has to be the most undervalued share on the market given everything that has recently been going on.

Suggest you read all the shenanigans from last nights AGM RNS to see what can happen when you have Active Investors or Shareholders with strategic positions onboard.

@THG - why with all the expansion, and it is virtually getting added to daily, are we still sat at only about 76p. THG Nutrition alone on 3X Revenue Multiples has to be worth over £2 Billion off just last years figures (£675Million Revenue in 2022)- and I know it would take me 2 posts now to list the full repertoire of expansion that has gone on here since the start of this financial year.

THG seriously has to be one of, if not the most undervalued stocks listed on the market.

Been a testing many months but visibly in the background we were being updated bit buy bit of the transformation on the corporate governance front whilst at the same time trading was also being stabilised and firmed up.

BOO can pay full market rate and don't forget during suspension they increased their stake substantially and acquired to a now 26.6%.

Does seem unduly harshly treated, today in particular.

I have Carnival as rebounding 10.84% and I also have Easyjet as up 2.3% , Ryanair up 1.52% and IAG up 2.61%

Jet2 update on the 6th and people should be boarding planes for the lucrative summer holiday period in the next few weeks. North of the Border should kick that off a few weeks earlier than those in England and Wales. Far larger European operation here also.

Bit of catching up to do and tomorrow is another day.

Attempted coup worked but then didn't work and got cancelled as the one remaining Director re-appointed Holt 2 Independents, who reappointed Holt, Lake and Zissman.

Suspension lifting now imminent and BOO requisitioned GM to be held in late July or early August.

I said all along that resumption of trading in the shares is the best scenario for Holt and Lake and for shareholders to win the day. Let the dramatic transformation from Minto's stewardship, the excellent Trading update as well as restoration of honesty and integrity speak for itself and BOO can pay full market rate.

Resumption in trading any time now and definitely prior to the BOO requisitioned GM.

It's posts like these that turn the "35% fast cash" into becoming part of the 65% LTH and whereas previously we had a virtual news blackout between Regulatory updates compare and contrast with how things are today.

The share price gets dipped a couple of points today off poxy volume to try and create Retail PI, rinse and repeat volume but likes so many times now with such enhanced communications there is very little selling, other than those shares sold to try and coax out sellers.

If Apollo valued THG Ingenuity alone at significantly higher than the share price prior to their bid (circa 65p) everybody can see the following

THG Nutrition (including Myprotein) a £675Million global revenue business last year, and with the foot firmly on the accelerator is worth significantly more than 10 or 11p.

THG Beauty is a £1235Million global revenue business and you can have it for free.

There is very good reason THG has had 2 rounds of Bids in just over a year.

Golden Share now gone, its only a matter of time to Round 3.

That should hopefully give a good indication of how the summer is shaping up.

I don't think anyone can deny that they have won some massive orders and have a healthy bid pipeline also of which I alos expect them to win. If I had one criticism it would have to be the way the RNS is written and the language used for i don't think it does them any favours with new investors looking in. Hopefully the financial press and analysts can help translate it into plain English.

Another nice little revenue stream should come online today and adding to a good last trading update.

Volume is very low and we appear to have a modicum of support because nobody is selling. Price dips of old may have spooked a few in the past. Now they only present entry and re-entry opportunity. Why would anyone sell?

Two sets of Bids. First set at minimum of 170p. 2nd set with Bid and improved bid off Apollo had to be higher than that. Nowhere near Sum of Parts so Why are we still in the 70's ???

Then recent news not factored into the share price either. Thanks to the advfn poster as the summed it up very nicely (their words)

That is now circa 24million shares bought by Moulding, Chairman and JG in the last 12 months! Nearly 2% of the company. I bet there arent many LSE companies that come even close. Normally just a small buy of say £100-200k would be a huge signal. But yet £15 million+, no recognition again! 🤣"

Then add more Myprotein product placement in supermarkets also. (Pop Rolls in Asda and the new Myprotein Ice-creams in Iceland tomorrow.

It'll catch a proper tailwind behind it at some point soon, or up pops the next Bid or a take private deal.

Shares don't always move the way you want, when you want.

But there can't be any denying the transformative nature of what all are seeing and thats after what was previously 18 months of the "stiff upper lip" approach and not much to report to countenace share price falls. Even with that we saw 2 sets of Bids appear.

Share price not too much higher despite all the news and better understanding of the company and a Sum of Parts much , much higher what comes next.
