Yiab, last year in the Golden Quarter macro wise they didn't have the postal strikes from the previous year, there was also a record Black Friday to Cyber Monday as well and yet THG didn't exactly nail the numbers, like Boots and others. Hit guidance but that was about it. Then afterwards we have two sets of redundancy consultations announced and prior we had all staff back into the offices instead of WFH.
So the Q1 numbers here are critical.
If they don't excite and the share price falls further or stagnates, when both a 170p Bellerion Bid and Apollos imvho higher bid "significantly undervalued" the company, and the present strategy and Board are failing to deliver for shareholders then the chorus for Boardroom change will only grow,
Kelso have already been vocal on this and want a shareholder vote to decide what shareholders would like to see and OVMH also have been publicly vocal.
MM knows its coming and that's why since Kelso sent a letter to the THG Board, he has been Pacman defence buying there are a very interesting few months ahead to come here.
So there's an interesting few months ahead. Thats for sure.
