If you invest and trade shares long you get to realise that a lot of these supposed Brokers are not wholly impartial nor act with the highest standards of integrity. Some actively trade to profit themselves and most if not all have a long and short client bases to feed with investments and shares.

Watch the last presentation and it's very hard to argue against the fact that ITM is probably in the best shape it has been in many years under Dennis Schulz and with Tier 1 client orders now turning into large firm contracts and with oodles of cash on the balance sheet.

Straight from the CEO's mouth - 100 plus orders in negotiation and a x25 increase in the order book and a rapid increase in the order book the likes of which the CEO has never seen in his career to date.

Crafty re any American listing then why spend on a City office and bundle in the others divisions. To me it looks like any thoughts of US listing are firmly parked up for now. I just never could see MM travelling across the Atlantic in any case after the Sundat Times magazine biographic piece.

And reference your question on Arrow Films I researched it a while back and thought the content was really poor and I also saw a job advert about one year ago offering a high 5 figure or just into 6 figure salary with job spec which was directly aligned to John Gallemore.

We really need to seriously get rid of all these pet projects and Capex spends and focus spend on what works and rapid replicate. This one is no Mattflix imvho.

(Just look at the content) It should have been sold or given away at the same time as IWOOT and Zaavi imvho instead of Capex spent on it and recruiting and paying somebody exhorbitant sums of money to try and make it into something.

The office really needs to have some of the THG Executive Team operating from within whether that be permanently or temporarily and Investor Relations perhaos located there for it to have any chance of carrying favour with the City. I hope that turns out to be the goal.

I see Kelso have upped their stake in NCC again and looks like its now their largest holding and all other stakes remain the same.

Telling that they are now investing everywhere and elsewhere than in THG. Not so vocal in their support of THG either.

Perhaps the "95% of all advice gets binned" and "my dogs have got more" comments might not have been the best comments for a listed company CEO to mention. Especially when trading volumes are down to a dribble and there have been no new investors in well over 18 months.

So you invest and tie your money up (at huge opportunity cost proven over the last year), waiting for the next banana skin, and hope that another bid comes along and that if we are lucky at some point we might get to hear about it and we can all exit, that's before they again say No.

Fwiw it's equally a market making problem with too much constantly taken away from the share price and never given back. But they Market makers also reap what they sow with ever decreasing profits that would otherwise be made through the volume and the spread.

Switch off and enjoy the sun. Eventually it will dawn on one or more of all parties involved. Either that or Frasers / Ashley announce a holding.

The Board of Directors have done a sterling job in hacking off all potential investors so much so that nobody is even remotely interested in buying shares @62p. Not even the supposed 65% want to fill up.

Beats me what's the point of remaining listed on the LSE but still, you get what you vote for.

This mornings RNS turns a previous big piece of work into firm business and now a firm reality. When first announced it resulted in the share price moving into the 60's.

Nice billboard for other works also given the Tier 1 status of the client and size of the works.
