No it's not the Iranshahr terminal Feeks, that is years away I suspect. The new Salem terminal is the one in question, that'll handle 5m PAX. It is due to open shortly. Don't forget we have 2 contracts, the 38m recurring and the 2.65m non recurring contracts. The latter sounds like it could be a tech contract, so maybe for the new terminal.

What I thought was interesting were the following comments "The Minister of Road Development and Urban Planning Mohammad Eslami has visited the early testing of Salam Terminal " yet despite the fact that they are testing, only "most of the equipment have been installed" i.e. they are still waiting on some. Could that be a pile of security scanners? If so, with them planning to open it in around 7 weeks time, they are going to need to get their skates on. If we end up needing to start ordering / installing equipment at very short notice, it would help explain the need to raise capital urgently and ahead of the main project financing when we had sufficient cash in the bank to keep us going for 6 months plus,

I don't think that necessarily follows GTS. If the cash was for a specific purpose I doubt that they would hold back from signing something whilst they just waited for the shares were admitted to the market.

Joe, I don't think he has told him that negotiations are on-going has he? Isn't that just your interpretation? He has said "Considerable progress has been made on various of the contract opportunities. We are not at liberty to expand on the inner workings of those negotiations"

Considerable progress could actually mean that they have finalised the addenda for the two contracts and are just waiting on some other external factor (eg the SPV) before proceeding. That is still consistent with considerable progress, very considerable in fact. Likewise not expanding on the inner workings could just be a way of saying I'm not going to tell you that they are complete.

Of course, it could also all just mean that there are still some aspects that aren't finalised and we aren't going to tell you what.

It's all down to interpretations, similar to whether contracts drafted are final documents or just first drafts. Probably depends on whether you think they have been twiddling their thumbs for the last 9 months or not.

Maybe HB has a point AIMing. Yes conditional on shares being admitted to AIM but also conditional on the the placing agreement between WSG and SVS becoming unconditional and not terminated before then. No idea on what is required to make it unconditional though or under what circumstances either could terminate.

It's something else MTP that makes me think it is east Africa.
