I thought that Total had an irrevocable option on 25% of Orinduik (leaving ECO with 15%) ...that's what the $1m bought them. I'd like to see the Total option reversed, but it all depends on what a 3rd party pays to get a slice of ECO itself rather than a slice of Orinduik. Whatever is happening, this sell down is not what you'd expect with the news flow that is due.

There was virtually no liquidity when the share price was above 35p. Now, I can sell 100k sub 30p ...not that I'm going too. I think this no news period has been worked by someone to get the price down and then buy a few.

If RD1 is a success, the fabulous. If RD1 isn't, then the next best hope here now is for Tullow to have success with Cormorant in Namibia before Prospect S gets drilled by Chariot.

The pair for 350k shares each looks like it could be a rollover but the rest look like buys. As said earlier, someone's very keen. Perhaps we'll see one or more TR1s shortly.

The share price is just catching its breath! At the close of play last Thursday, the shareprice was 63.5p (mid). For parts of today it's been 20p up on that, ie, up over 30% in less than two trading days. Give it a chance :-)

Morning Nige I was replying to revoy's question about the CLNs :-) I think the CLNs are fairly low in value v. MCap now so wouldn't make a big dent if they got exercised. Regarding beer size, I think I3E is a very large crate of beer!

I think someone is messing around! With some dealing costs less than £5, paying that to wind us up is probably cheap entertainment for this time of day.

Good day today and I reckon it's up from here 'til the news due end of March and/or April.

This share seems to struggle with low volumes. Shame really, as the story hasn't changed - it's just the intervals between news are a bit too long. Patience / Long Term View required.

I believe that some people have got a bit nervous with the pullback from 76.5p on 19th Feb to 58p on 2nd Mar. It's pretty normal sized correction and I believe has been due to one or two IIs offloading quite a few during a no news period. Some PIs will have been stopped out too. There's a lot less of the "�5 by Xmas" posting at the moment, but I'm sure we'll get more of that once the price turns north again and the posters get their mojo back. all imho, dyor, etc

Nah, I reckon it's just CF selling down during a no news period. A few PIs will have sold out too as they'll operate stop losses, etc.

RNS of 31st Jan says: "Conclusion of commercial arrangements expected end of Q1 2018" and "JV discussions have reached a mature stage and, should these commercial arrangements conclude in an expected six to eight weeks timeframe,..." That's in just two to four weeks, all being well.

pijoe, I don't think anyone is saying it's a 'dead cert'. As you well know, Exxon's nearby finds greatly improve the chance of success for Tullow/Total(tbc)/Eco but not to 100%. Certainly Cove rather than Char for comparison.
