I have personally used NHS111 on several occasion, as have many of my acquaintances, and the overall opinion is that this is an extremely valuable resource. It has been particularly useful since the advent of Covid, when contacting our own doctors had been almost impossible.
The results of my calls have ranged between being given pertinent advice to getting an immediate " out of hours" appointment with a doctor at the local hospital.
