I think the UK in general is going to get a good pasting so I'm expecting the SP to drop much further, especially with Starmer and his motley crew "in charge" Instead of benefitting from having the Trump admin in charge the opposite will apply. With the stock market at record highs and ITV not reaping the rewards as such there's only one direction. As usual however the clueless dame will not suffer.

Pogo. Judging where the SP is currently languishing I'd stay silent if I were you. Got to admire your consistency however as you've been wrong virtually 100% of the time.

Probably find they are accountable to the board and shareholders, where McCall doesn't fall into any of those categories in her eyes. She'll just keep on taking the money and will sleep all night like a baby.

We've been looking at Southern Spain. We have friends out there who moved about ten years ago and never looked back. You name anything and its better over there. The way things are moving the only people left in this country will be those who illegally got here in the first place.

Agree WT. I've worked hard all my life and plan A was for me and the family to enjoy the things we could have only dreamt about 30 years ago. Reality is I'm expected to hand all my hard earned over to mainly uninvited muggers and criminals. Most of them operating inside parliament. ITV like the rest of the country is doomed under current management.

McCall's in the wrong job. She should be in politics along with the rest of the dimwits allegedly running the country. What a total shambles this country has become. You guys talking sense regards the abysmal record of McCall are about to be filtered by the mob. I've been saying it for as long as I can remember. Get shut of the dimwit, replace with someone who's not completely cuckoo and they'll be no need for a bid to sky rocket the SP.

Taking a glance at the New Years honours list, with the likes of the mayor of London (I can't bring myself to say his name) and "won nothing" Southgate. It wouldn't surprise me to see Pogo being Knighted for services to ITV.

Regardless of all the potential red tape that a bid would have to overcome should that ever happen. Surely just the interest of a bid (or bids) that was officially announced would put 20-30% on the SP ? Something isn't sitting right with me on all the chatter, whether its just gossip or whether there's some meat on the bone. Its enough for me to put another 5k in and start praying.

To be fair Solley. I bought into ITV years ago with a large amount of money as I believed it was a safe long term option that paid a dividend. Then McCall came on the scene and the rest is history. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement and if I want to let of steam I will as I firmly believe she's totally responsible for the huge drop in the SP.

I'm not sure who I despise the most. McCall or Starmer. Both utterly out of their depth and devoid of basic knowledge.

I'm with c123. McCall is only interested in one thing, herself and how much she can squeeze out of ITV. She's done nothing at ITV that an Orangutang couldn't have done so. It needs new blood and new idea's and it ain't coming from her or the BOD. As for a bid....forget it.

Nige. I thought we'd put this ADR thingy to bed. Its never replicated to the SP unfortunately. I'm not having a go incidentally.
