I'm thinking this is a warm up to the next announcement they have taken up the option to increase their investment in the Italian job. Regards the requisition, it makes it more difficult. We need the best option for West `newton to proceed, I can't decide who would be more likely to move it forward, the requisitioners or the present hoard. If they get the Shell cash Imthink it is the more likely they will fund Rathlin and get it going but if thenrequisitioners get the cash, will they bring in their own operator which would alleviate the need to finance the present operator?

It's a warm up for further dilution imo. Justifying additional investment in the Colly 😳

Confirming that th Italian Government has approved a decree to boost the country's renewable energy production and energy security at the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on 27 November 2023. I think they will up their investment as quick as possible to make the requisition a little harder. Cash from Shell due to which is reqired for the West Newton drill Interesting times coming I think.

I bought into Beacon. Bit worrying SP retracing but think that’s down to people worrying about time taken to release update on production after clean up.

I’d be concerned if Kamran didn’t have an operator lined up. Time is tight and not having one could be problematic. To win this requisition Kamran and his team will need to be 100% prepared to take over and drill WN and show that to the shareholders he need to vote for a change.

I’m listening Heid 😂. If a deal is done in the interests of the company, I wouldn’t think a requisition would override that. Carry on regardless Watch them issue those shares lol

Heid, think under the circumstances I would go with Grey Panthers opinion on company communication with a requisitioner. It would not be professional or ethical whilst Union Jack are partnered with Reabold. I would think Kamran would understand that surely.

Portillion Asset Managememt, the Ethical & Sharia Compliant Islamic Investment company? This question is not in any way meant to offend, I am trying to judge for myself whether the team he has is one that would drill West Newton and develop the company, or utilise the Shell money for other interests. I am looking at all the potential directors. They seem an interesting bunch.

That was my thought Grey Panther, as much as a change of directorship may suit many, in my opinion it would not be diplomatic or wise even to be discussing the future with a requisitioner who may not achieve his goal. Should Kamran achieve his goal, then obviously David would need to communicate but prior to that, his loyalty must remain to the present board of Reabold.

Itsawrap, if Imwere at threat of losing my company, salary etc. exercising anything including the dog would be on the cards.

On that Heid, would it have been diplomatic to contact a requisitioner of your joint venture partner to discuss his possible take-over? I would think not, it is something that would be done if the bid was successful.

I will take a look at the Kamran situation this evening, it is important to have the right people in place at the right time and West Newton, if operations start, could certainly be the big one for all concerned. Anyone taking a board out though needs a strong backing, not just experienced people, they need the votes, especially if there are any institutions backing the present directors.

I think you expect too much from a director Heid, if they all started apologising for their share prices the RNS system would collapse 😂. Seriously though, 2024 looks good to me, even if only on of the assets waiting to be actioned comes in.

Heid, do you not think the unexpected water issue at Wressle perhaps delayed Egdons plans to drill Keddington? I would prefer to ensure revenues come in than drill a well whilst the relevant bank balances were diminishing?

I think everything is going to happen next year. More wells at Wressle, Keddington and potentially Biscathorpe and West Newton. A good year ahead for shareholders after a bad one.
