RE: If I was a Large Pharma Buiseness Risk Manager and seen yesterday's presentation....15 Oct 2025 17:06
FB - comprehensive thoughts.
I was going to post earlier today about my experienses with Deltic - exploration
Two massive oil/gas finds worth a lot in terms of extracted and sold gas.
Deltic did not have or able to obtain ( as a very small fish in the NSEA) funds to develop the field -end result JV partner got Deltic share for nothing!
Second find - massive potential but could not get funds, had to sell out to a very big fish Viaro - cheaply in my view - but saved BODs face.
Cheaper and more beneficial to sell out, cut their potential loses and save face to the big opposition. My views and brief summary.
FB - the scenario has similarity to Aptamer and one of your possibilities. Negotiations with big fish may be long and drawn out, when only a small fish, such that unintentionally finances decrease until the business though having exceptional prospect has to sell or fold.
I hope my concern does not come to pass but when the BODs and others have massive millions of shares - selling cheap is seen as viable.
Only being a small investor, such concerns do not bankrupt me but it tells me to take some costs out so at least I do not lose my original nvestment.
Lets hope your more hopeful scenarios happen
