Great appointment have to agree
Sure you guys know this already
Inverness and Shoreham should be able to apply for this funding with news due early 2023 very interesting times.

Hi Draft it is impossible to work out NPV when we don’t know the companies aims regarding Hydrogen assets .
For instance this is a quote from Luke Johnson in Feb
“With hydrogen, I think early-phase projects will see developers like myself carry through beyond the developer-exit option, at least in the early phases, before transactions start to occur, and mirror what we see in wind and solar. So we’re preparing to build, execute, and operate those assets.”

Been looking into this today
At Shoreham Port, Getech increased phase 1 hydrogen design capacity from 800 kg/day to 2.5 tonne/day due to bigger local demand and extended its commercial exclusivity to 2027.
2.5 tons per day is a huge amount and will require a lot of electricity to provide it . Shoreham does have a gas powered power station but ultimately to provide green hydrogen it will need wind/ solar .
Wind being the most obvious and green hydrogen having access to far larger government grants Rampion wind farm is a possible answer with the onshore cables landing very near Shoreham port at Brooklands Pleasure Park.
Obviously that power is currently being utilised but with plans for Rampion2 which will provide 3x the amount of power of Rampion 1 it would leave plenty available for Shoreham hydrogen hub

No problem chaps also worth noting although it was the March meeting the minutes are from November 22. So quite possible that the extra practices are now on board.
I also like the fact that individualized tests have been added to bleepa along with the breathless pathway.
Referrals continue to be received through the digital platform Bleepa (which connects QVH with primary and secondary care colleagues), for the breathlessness pathway and individualized tests.
• Work continues with the team to further support additional GP practices. Plan in place to enroll a further 8 practices over the coming months.
• Workforce recruitment continues in line with activity and demand received.
• QVH have been invited to attend and present at a NHSE CDC Diagnostic Workforce event in London on the 1st March 2023, show casing introduction
of posts such as the Pathway Coordinator.
• Digital procurement for the longer term support of the Breathlessness Pathway processes out to tender, due to be submitted 1st March 2023.
• Activity plans for H1 of 2023/24 have been submitted, awaiting outcome.
• Working closely with estates and finance teams on the development of the
new CDC modular build proposal.
• Staff engagement and communication being formulated to ensure staff are
kept abreast of the development of the CDC and its associated future plans.

This is the report from Ricardo mentioned in the article again with lots of references to Shoreham being the most advanced project funding requirements etc. Well worth a read

“ Getech and Eavor will use both parties’ proprietary technologies, Heat-SeekerTM and Eavor-LoopTM respectively, to advance the development and deployment of green, clean energy sources for the over 44 million Caribbean residents.”

Evening gents been looking into why GTC. would need such a high profile addition to H2 Green.
From the last update
o To accelerate value creation and reduce Getech's direct costs in establishing green hydrogen transportation hubs, the Company is advancing discussions with strategic investment partners and progressing significant grant funding opportunities.
The only significant grant funding I can find is from Scottish Government
https://www.gov.scot/publications/hydrogen-action-plan/pages/8/
I believe the 1st batch of funding is due before end of March .
New man at H2 green seems very well qualified.

19 new CDCs announced today .

Thanks for the replies gents.
Dibs your post makes perfect sense and I agree with all points.
My take on it is
At the moment a patient goes to Gp with breathless symptoms currently they would be referred to CDC /hospital for what the doctor believes is the problem
However the image/ X-ray is not conclusive so he has to go back to CDC/Hospital for more tests ,
With bleepa the GP refers the patient for all the tests with the images etc passed on to various specialist s which then decide the correct treatment thus saving time and errors?
Morning chaps has anyone found another trial that this could be related to ?
“. An
elective care coordination pilot in East Sussex removed 16% of their waiting list
through error identification. This will be live in 36 Trusts by the end of March”
Spent hours trying to find one but all the research leads to Bleepa/carelocker trial .
Great work as always Vas !
Guess the keywords are
“ elective care coordination pilot in East Sussex removed 16% of their waiting list”
Dr Tom Oakley, CEO of Feedback, added: “The CDC programme sees the creation of an entirely new care setting and it needs the right digital infrastructure to ensure that it is fully integrated in order to deliver the intended system benefits and to drive down the elective care backlog.

Did like this bit
This will be live in 36 Trusts by the end of March
Well done Vas and thanks for all your hard work and have a great holiday
Agree with comments on presentation very positive The confirmation of tender of FDBK for QVH @ £800k p/an after all the successful trials at QVH surely that is a done deal to be announced mid March?
Good to hear they have also submitted for quite a few of the recent tenders one of which is now closed…..
