For anyone new to Harl this is well worth a read of why Team Resolute has a good chance in the £1.6bn contract.
One main point being

Looks like Saipem are looking at restructuring its offshore wind division

It has been well documented about the fabrication problems of the other 46 jackets at saipem indonesia karimun fabrication yard causing the delay and subsequent losses on the NNG contract

Agree Stokey however it could answer why sp has remained static if he has more orders in at 17.5
If mms drop the sp he could cancel and lower his order…… just a thought
