We were delighted to recently supply concrete to GEORGE LESLIE as part of a project to build a concrete caisson.

The watertight retaining structure is being built as part of a £15.3m upgrade of Lochmaddy Pier in North Uist.

The caisson, which will form part of the foundations of the renovated pier, is currently being constructed at the Harland & Wolff dry dock in Belfast before being floated over to North Uist in the Scottish Western Isles.
