Fair shout will see what happens when the accounts come out reacon most of the shares are held by two companies and they must have confidence in the way NGG has been turned around.I think as soon as people realise this lot have got there act in order and they are very well situated in the States and have the product and contacts it may well be a nice lil earner. Thanks for looking mate
A very fair analysis thanks mate Do believe the sale of a few parts of the company along with the Thermo And Sigma collaborations which may well be used to soften the blow on this years accounts as no rns has been put out on either What i find interesting is the way that M.Pisano has marketed the company without continual rns so that they can issue more shares and fund the company that way. Been watching PRM a similar company but with a far higher sp and the results where not greeted too well by the market so again that is a down side.Going to stick this one out and appreciate your advice without feeling i am trying to ramp this company
Cheers OT
Just recieved a reply from Nextgen
Thanks for the kind words. We have worked very hard to make NextGen a successful company. We have now completed our transition and now are completely focused on Biomarkers and Protein Analytical services. This focus will give the company the best opportunity to be profitable. Now that the transition is complete, we turn our efforts to really drive sales. We have already delivered on many biomarker projects and continue to attracted many companies interest and business and I see a bright future.
We are expecting to publish our results in the next 1-2 weeks.
Regards M. Pisano
My own view is yes the change of board will move the company on and from the research i have done feel without a change the company will go pop. From what i can gather the egm is early July which if all goes well could see a little rise by the proposed new boards own words it is going to take at least 6 months to get the company moving in the right direction take a look here http://rescuecv.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=1&Itemid=62
Have done quite a bit of research on this company now mate think this article sums the company up http://www.genomeweb.com/proteomics/nextgen-divests-automation-and-software-business-focus-excluively-biomarkers
They sold part off to a company called exetek (former nextgen staff)and kept a 24% stake in that company. By moving to Usa they have lowered the costs and as the staffing has increased it would be hoped the profit will have also.Interesting little company to keep an eye on i think.
I agree mate very lame thanks for looking had a smallish punt just feel the way the company has been reshaped to fit into another companys requirements is worth a small flutter but i certainley wouldnt recomend it to anyone lol
sorry mate it was ngg wanted your opinion on cant see anything happening here until the new board gets in and then it will take months for the company to get sorted.Sorry for the confusion
