Looks like every penny they make is being re- invested for more profit and dividends in 2020, according to the report they had banking loans / agreements in place but have not drawn on them. So just what is the debt ?
Apart from a silly listing sp to start with and fall to 30p ish now this looks like a real growth stock for the next 2 years and could be £2+ .

In all honesty I don't give a dam anymore, I sold all my shares at a loss of £60k but I have put the money into something I think I can get most of that back
Still better than lose the lot.
Although I don't realy want to see anyone else lose money I would love Foo & Co to lose the lot after the way they have cheated all the shareholders here.

I guess if it was then Foo would probably wait until the next rns in Nov to tell everyone.

At Dec 2017 we had debt of $13.1m
we raised $23.7m in the placing and open offer.
We have recieved back from eneo $4.2m .
So that means we have a total of $27.9m incomeing but our debt has still increased to $18.6m
So we have spend another $33.4m in the last 6 months ish.
What on ?????????
at this rate they will need another $60m or approx £46m to pay off debt and working capital .

Following the last placing / drill over run / cash down someones drain etc, they now have NO money to push forward with CNG , No more bank crdeit / NO cash in the bank. and $18m debt.
So they either go pop in the next few weeks OR they raise more money with another placing.
So with all the commitments they must need about £20m - £30m to cover debt repayment and working capital.
Now this will probably be the last chance they have so I wouldn't be surprised if they went for 2 for 1 at 15p - 20p with another 300m shares.
Anyone else have a view.?

I think this will be steady until after the next results in Feb but from then on there is no reason why we cannot see the sp back up to 20-30p, and back to 60p ish by end of year.

Surely the debs bod's must be able to see / know what the Shorter's and MA are trying to do, if MA is involved.
So if the results are in line with what they said they would be, why don't they announce the results early , many companies do.
Then the directors could also buy more shares as the closed period would be OK, that way they could catch all the Shorter's out and push up the sp.
Just love to see that happen.

I think it's fair to say now there will be NO share placing to raise cash in the results.
Now the sp is under 10p there is no way they would do that now, what price would it be.
Now is this a clasic case of the bod's missing a trick because if they were that short of cash they might have got a placing away at what 25p -35p months ago.
So either they still think they don't need any extra cash and they can trade their way out of this or they might think about it again when the sp gets back above 25p -30p.

The shorter's are still doing their bit to drag this down and the pi's who seen to be the buyers in many smaller buys, are all testing their position.
Those that think it's going lower could turn out to be the biggest losers, while those that are still topping up at these silly prices could turn out to be the biggest winners.
At this late stage and close to results the company just don't seem to be worried at all about the sp.
One thing is for sure on the day of the results or within the next few days our new CFO will be buying millions of shares at a silly price or under cheap options followed by many other directors.
But who will be correct ? fight. !!!!!!

Yes your right but debs must be worth 5 x 10p so 50p and £500m, then he might get back approx £200m from asset sale so only costing hime £300m

Like many that have been here a very very long time I needed 5-6x the sp to just get my money back, and with the possibility of NO new eneo contract or another dilution or even going pop what's the chance of that.
So I have put the money into another national company that has already fallen 90+% and had a large placing and open offer to raise money to reduce debt etc. So it looks much more of an option of getting all my money back next year. But we will see.

After abouit 8 years I am OUT. I just cannot take any more lies and sleepless nights.
So don't worry anyone left, now I have sold the sp will go up.
