I have been watching /following this for months and now they have taken action to reduce debt and sort out the balance sheet with a large placing and open offer which most of the directors have taken large quantities I think this is a great time to buy, so I have.
Although they announced a big loss in the last results most of that was done to relight offs etc so the next results should be better.

I already have thousands of these and want to buy more at this price but what worries me is.
Are they going to have a rights / placing to raise money and then a consolidation x 10 in there results making it a safe company but at what about £1.00 a share.
We all know consolidation doesn't work, and if we have 200,000 now at say 10p then it works out at 20,000 at £1.00,
I know it's the same but it never stays the same and the sp will drop back to say 80p and we have all lost again.
Trouble is if we wait until after the results and they are good the sp will be up to 15p - 20p very fast and one's lost the chance.

Foo stated that eneo still owed us $0.8m, he also said he was told by eneo it would be within the next few weeks.
Is it eneo that want to go back into taking our gas but as they still owe us $0.8m is it vog that will not supply to eneo until they pay us what they owe. Is vog playing hard ball here and know they can last another few months without eneo.

So hands up who believes a word of it.

The non-renewal of the grid power contract and the outstanding liabilities associated with the drilling programme that overran its budget have stretched the Company's available resources.

Having restructured the BGFI loan and taken further measures to preserve available cash resources and being reasonably assured of the ability to raising additional funding when required, the Directors are of the opinion that the Company will be able to continue operating for a period of at least 12 months after the date of reporting.
So looks like they have enough to carry us over the next year and get more customers.

If they are trying to get another placing away at say 25p they better be fast otherwise we will be below that.

1 or many, I cannot say I am surprised there has been many posts slagging off the company but in all honesty many long termers have had enough and need something to go on.
If the company disagree so much with what's being said maybe they should come out with a few good points to help us.

So is this going to be the last ditch by shorter's to drop the sp before the results.

Who knows what's going to happen, I have a good mind to sell the lot at a hugh loss and put it in Debs for a gamble,
at least they could go up 5 x if / when their results come out and there good.

I don't think Brandes Investment Partners, L.P.would be building a stake of 12.29% if they thought debs would be going bust very soon do you.

But doesn't he need a JCB for his amount.

So 2 changes, 1 a sell and another a buy, but more important is the buy because they now have a holding of over 12%.
There will be things happening after the results in 2 weeks

No 26p but 56p when the new eneo contract is announced and when foo sells the big idea of a new pipeline into the new industrial area in the news.
Wow what a great opportunity for new investors to get into vog on the ground floor, before anyone else builds another pipeline.
After all don't we have the know how in laying pipeline spending money and making a great profit from it, There must be another 100 customers just waiting for us gas in that area.

At this stage I couldn't give a fig what happens now, if we get any offer of 60p + I am out with a big loss of £45k but I will be out after 8+ years, it's better than going down completely. I guess there are many more in the same position.

These days anything can happen.

How can they, Foo can only have what 1-3% of the total and would either need to offer 50p- 60p for the company to stand any chance and then it would be up to the shareholders to agree.
But bring it on.

I think Foo is trying to get the palcing and the new eneo contract agreed before they announce them. Foo has probably found a buyer / investor for another 10% -15% of the company at say 25p and agreed with them that they will first announce the placing and then within the next week or so they will announce the new eneo contract.
That way Foo almost G/Tees the new investor a profit as the sp will rise up to say 45p -60p and all sides will be happy.
I guess they haven't yet got everything agreed to go live, but will within the next few weeks. That's my view, after all Foo wouldn't just let the whole thing go bust when he can raise more money would he.

I guess any company willing to take another big lice of vog in a placing will only do so if Foo can G/Tee vog will get the eneo contract again. and what would it be 25p ?
