Yet the RNS clearly states 'bringing them on the register'. Perhaps the word register is being used in the loosest of loose senses. To me, it means they have a stake that needs to be noted and thereby declared. I think the implied message is certainly that. Now, now Michael, what is going on here then?

I doubt we will have repaid the loan. Why would we? The penalty clauses on any early repayment could well be wasted money.
