The company has zero revenue. It relies fully on shareholder funds to pay all overheads and expenses.

The GM would have closed an hour ago. Where is the RNS? Not only have the Board probably diluted shareholders a massive 30% or so today (if the motions passed), they have probably popped off to a nice lunch paid for by the shareholders before they can be ****d to release an RNS.

An increase in shares on one side and a compensating increase in cash on the other. So no net effect.

OK guys, for a change, let's be a bit positive here. Are we staring at free money at the current share price of 0.39? If the £500,000 raise gets done at the published price of 0.50, then surely the share price goes straight to 0.50 - difficult to argue against that, so a 28% gain from 0.39. Now, if the AAG deal gets done and £2million is paid for IMM, then being ultra conservative, the share price goes straight to 1p, or a 156% gain from 0.39. Free money whichever way you look at it? Is 0.39 is looking like a gift we are ignoring? What do you all think?

Hi OutsideTheBox, I have been averaging back in over a few weeks now. Last purchase was 4th Jan at 0.3950. Funnily enough, I too was eying another tranche today like Lookingformoney. On the positive, something will break here by the end of January. I'm convinced of that. That said, IMHO, this raise of 500k is ridiculous, so I voted against it. Massive dilution right at the point the Board expects to receive 2million from AAG. Really? Games at play and yet again shareholders are kept in the dark. PFP only has one asset, so anything that affects that asset needs to be reported to the market.

Toffeeman, maybe its because two trading days before the dilution RNS is released, a mystery seller trashes the sp. Makes you think doesn't it. One for the regulators to look at? Move on, nothing to see here.

LFM, to answer your dilution question - before the licence was stolen, PFP had 103,716,000 shares in issue. After todays disgrace PFP now has 632,494,834 shares in issue. Over 509% dilution - and spent on what? Salaries, Pensions, Freebies, an office !! Zero tangible value to show for it.

What an utter disgrace. 100,000,000 more shares issued. Tells me PFP are running around in headless chicken mode in the knowledge that £2million is not going to be forthcoming from Acumen so the Board does the next best thing and rapes its shareholders again. first 24 lines of the RNS all about this share raise to repay a loan - yes borrowing more to repay a loan - a recipe for disaster. And then tagged on the end of that, 4 lines to UPDATE shareholders on the Acumen deal, or should I say lack of an Acumen deal. So, a specialist debt collector in Africa has spent 3 full months trying to find any value in the Pathfinder claim and they are now supposedly asking for more time to find that value. Hmmmm SELL. Why not just tell the truth PFP, the Mozambique claim is dead in the water and you are raising money to go buy a new asset and we start all over again. Poor old shareholders. Disingenuous at best IMHO.

FB, you are missing the key point here. AAG are a specialist is asset recovery in Africa. IF they have lifted the skirt of PFP and found no value and allowed the option to lapse, then that is a defining event and nail in the coffin of PFP. Indeed, IF that has happened, then PFP are on very thin ice remaining a listed company and even thinner ice convincing their auditors that value exists. So this is not simply an exclusivity period to non-exclusivity period event. It is a watershed event of massive concern to shareholders.

What utter arrogance of the Directors to release an RNS yesterday all about their loan and not a word about status of the game changing option contract for the sale of the company's only asset that expired the day before. The way they treat shareholders is disgusting. Shame on them. And if AAG have walked away, good luck spinning a positive story to tap shareholders for all that money to repay the loan. What goes around comes around.

The utter contempt that Peter Taylor and Dennis Edmonds are showing to shareholders beggars belief. Are they even working this week? Biggest event in company for 11 years and not a word from them. They are quick enough to reward themselves with free share options!!

There is a scary scenario that AAG just let the option lapse and PFP Board are running around in headless chicken mode without any idea how to pitch that result in a positive spin. Last one out turn off the lights.

May I please remind this Board of Directors that they have a statutory duty to protect shareholders and to protect company assets. That is a personal liability so no hiding behind Limited Liability structures. Yesterday was a do or die event for the company. Certainly the biggest event in 11 years. And here we are, silence and arrogance in equal measure.

Lookingformoney, the first market day post expiry date of the option is Wednesday 28th December. If an RNS has not come out by then, I will write a strong letter of complaint to the Company's Nomad. This is a do or die event for the Company so any delay in informing shareholders is, in my humble opinion, an attempt to manipulate the market and the Directors will will held to account for it. And I hope they get to read this message. For far too long - 11 long years - shareholders have been bled dry to keep the lights on, pay salaries, give away tonnes of free shares, options, warrants, you name it. Dilution has been eyewatering. It all comes down to the 28th December 2022. I dare the Board to delay making an announcement and worse case sugar up the need for an extension to the option given 3 months have already passed for AAG to lift the skirt and see value or not. GLA, now is the time to stop taking bullsh**. And come on Align, we are all behind you.

After today there are only 5 1/2 trading days left on AIM ahead of the option expiry date. Just saying :) GLA
