In news today Gov't of India are suing RR and BAE but no need to panic. My experience with other shares tells me that if the applicable law is UK law (as it should be) just about the most questionable country is the very one we have here. They deserve a bit of their own medicine and hopefully this will either be abondoned or will take at least a dozen years to conclude, like cases brought before the Indian courts! We might even find a half decent Counter Claim.

Don't rule out foreign stakebuilding at this level.

My view is that this strange pattern is likely to continue until the people behind it either decide to cease their control (rigging?) of this tight market or until events make it impossible for them to squelch down the market as they do until now. The plan for PRM is already known.

# They are recruiting in San Diego to open their new lab and marketing centre there in or abour Sept this year, around the time when they launch their exciting and revolutionary Single Cell Proteomics product.

# Assuming (and I fully accept this is only an assumption) this timetable can be achieved AND the demand for this new service is as significant as PRM believes, it is quite possible that the US subsidary will list on NASDAQ and some of the funds so raised will go towards paying off the long-term debt carried by PRM.

# If this a reasonable assumption, then the next 12-18 months will be truly transformational for this outfit and there will be a huge opportunity to benefit from steadfastly holding the shares.

# Remember that this has been around for decades in this low-key form and Mariola has been the guiding force for a very long time. She and her close associates must be looking forward to a more prosperous future and possible retirement.

You may well be correct, roger65. Today's action hardly supports a nearly 9% drop in the SP. Still confident these are going places in the near term.

I agree that these figures are respectable, given the stage the company is at. In this market, nothing will increase the buoyancy of the SP however, except the announcement of some unique and revolutionary new product, which is not impossible; but until then we will drift with only the dividend to give us some comfort - or the unlikely prospect of a bid.

Otherwise we might suspect that we are being kept in the dark because ....perish the thought.... nothing is!!

....advises buy and hold underalued GSK, just as I did on a recent post. Stacks of value in their new drugs. If they don't move up soon, my view is still they will get takeover bids.

Lets hope they are better than the SP gives them credit for. Something really positive on the Green Hydrogen front is necessary.
