Taking my holding here up significantly. Relatively safe way of getting more EM into the p/f. However volatile the like of Asia and South America undoubtedly can be, they all need functioning utilities and this outfit have a solid record.
Now built p my holding to one of the top 10 in my p/f. Can't afford to buy more speccies until one (or more!) comes good,
so the £20,000 was added to this, Alliance Trust and MNG.
So place d a very low buy order for a smallish amount in my ISA. 75p!! in next few days.
Do not expect it to take effect unless the market views it as a basket case.
Fully agree. Those who follow will be brimming with FOMO. Many like me will be happy to help them at the right price by selling a proportion as I can take a generous profit and still be in the game - all wonderful IF it goes to plan!!!
Hoping for good news on a number of fronts, but particularly about clean aeroplane fuel which, if it arrives, will herald a very bright future for this SP and our skies!
Shullbit!
MANO has behaved perfectly in the circs. These things happen in their chosen field.
Nice one Odins!
Wait a minute - yes, I can just see a Ferrari pulling up at Screwfix!
..... ..why this is not bouncing. It yields over 10% and interest rates here are definitely going down as we approach General Election,
....more today out of my 2024 ISA. Not great divis but great management so safe.
....I hope!
So I have put in a chunk of my 2024 ISA to add to my holding here.
Exactly as I expected. Market does not like but what did it expect?
Likely to be bolted on to larger co in similar business once it hits target this year.
More likely the stuffed paper bags!
Disagree Wigwammer. We own 10% of Incanthera plus options as far as I can see, but what matters here is an update on the geeks who are poring over P140 etc.
Jtis - me too!
I took a big loss here last time around when it bombed. I came back a year or so ago and have built up a nice big holding now which will, if we get lucky, turn my entire portfolio into profit for first time in 15 years! Also have over a million KZG and same number as here in IMMU!
The remainder of my p/f is invested largely for divis, Here's hoping we get this right and soon!
The nuclear permit was 'expected' for the mineral sand exploration by the end of April. This will be positive for the SP but we all know where we are so I hope hands have been covered with layers of 'grease'!!!
Market does not like the way this co is funded (see the last part of last RNS) . Needs either reduction in interest rates or share issue before market will look differently at this business. The former is coming so I intend to hold but without much conviction. Perhaps at that stage a wee dividend might alter their appeal!
....but I cannot yet count them! Frustrating!
SP of Incanthera is c13p. We own 10%, so allow 1.25p of our SP. That puts all our pharma assets in this SP for the grand price of 0.97p! When my cash comes in shortly and I lump another £20,000 into my ISA, I may reserve a bit for upping my stake here unless this SP becomes more realistic. The rest will definitely go into 'safe and boring'!
....that we have a new broom as new Chief Executive. He sensibly stated when appointed (March as I recall) that he needed until June before he would have become fully appraised of the innards of this big and complex organization.
I am awaiting this review before adjusting my largish holding. His record is excellent.
Thanks for your contribution, JSB1989. You may well be right but even if you are,it does not entirely preclude my comment.
I probably will hold on to my entire holding, which is only about 3% of the whole portfolio. There is a reasonable chance of a U.S bid if the SP stays so undervalued and that would have to be at a much higher price. You have different considerations since it is presumably a much higher % of your portfolio. All the best!
I have seen 'pundits' moaning that they make no annual profits, which is bound to discourage investors. Their model is responsible for this. They will only build up profits after the products of their inventions are in production and the terms of those contracts take effect. Under their contract terms of sale, the purchasers pay royalties to Purehealth and milestone payments. This will obviously take some years and until then, once their companies set up to invent hopefully are sold for big cash this will accrue to Purehealth but as capital. If, like me, you believe in that model, why worry about temporary lack of annual profits?
