Genuine question. The fact that dividends are covered 3 times does that mean it is unlikely there will be another round of capital raising through a share offer. Or am I being too simplistic.

Uncle Mal, MATD was ramped on this forum a few years ago as the next best thing. I nearly got sucked in but glad I didn't as the share price was in the 30s. Hope you bought before or after the spike. Another slow burner not recommended for the older investor but good luck anyway.

Had he issued this RNS a few days ago it could have been described as ramping. However on II the last date for taking your options was the 20th. For what its worth I have taken up the offer and hope to double my holdings. I also cashed in my last options but unfortunately at not the level of Suzy but still a decent profit. I don't think things are as bad as Pocko is making out, but time will tell. I cannot see the lofty highs of the past but plenty of headroom should the stars aline.

I think it is normal with most offers that the share price will move closer to the offer price, so the movements are not unexpected and unique to BEM. Hopefully we will see a correction upwards after the offer. No need to keep bashing everything connected to BEM

I would have happily bought some more as I did in the last round. However I am unable to download the app on my computer or older smartphone, so I am shafted. Also if I was able to my holding would be diluted putting it into my ISA. Why did you decide to do fundraise this way, I cannot be the only existing holder who is unable to take part in this fund raiser. Having held and built a decent holding over the past 15 years , my loyalty is being severely tested .

There also seems to be a lot of buying especially in uk. despite the price falling. There must be a lot of shares available out there

Geovanni, I have throughout this morning got the price .1515 to sell and .1577 to buy so it is unlikely that those trades were sells. You can easily work out what they are so have never understood why they are often not listed buy or sell.

It appears that 17p is our resistance level and it is now being driven down by profit takers, cannot blame them, I considered myself. Normally with any share rising as much as we have you expect a retrace at some point. However once it has settled down the nearer to a decision those profit takers now may regret not holding on . Having invested for over 10 years now another 5 weeks or so is nothing. GLA especially LTH

Just done a dummy buy and sell and the price is the same for both. Never come across this in the past, wonder why now. Surprised we haven't moved more with the rns and question being answered today, the Swedes are up nearly 6%

Having held and topped up many times over the last 11 years I am now in reasonable profit. I can sell a chunk and get all my original costs back and the balance will be basically cost free and all profit.
Now the balance, losing out on any increase or getting my money back.

I have decided to hold for the time being, but looking at it another way, would I have invested the amount I now have in BEM as the first investment in them? I expect many others feel the same way.
