on aim you cant day trade it with the spread so we are all fairly long term investors so share price doesnt matter a squat really to us.....(going for the rns) but MCAP is SO SO SO important to maintain so you can survive the next year...silly but true

so min mcap just to do that 2.5 million

so needs to go up 72% and stay there at that level for placing or .....bad as hell your going to get a really bad dillution as the agm that they sneaked thro (no rns off meeting) so 20% dilution ild expect if you cant get it to 72% and stay to sell the shares (thats will be standard 10%) and the 20% will be with warrants and a terrible price.

one thing i have done exhaust systems in ships...they are very very very low resistance systems....you adding two what look like high resistance items in the air stream.....not seen the numbers....but he will have to raise the share price as usual to get his next years cash...unless he has actualy has got it working....you pays your money you takes your chances...as i said DYOR pls especialy on this share...

im thinking the 6k in warrants was needed for the cost off the RNS ....and that was as close to making the klauss as they could so now are they critically low on cash?? even tho they can do a palcing anytime? they avoided 3 in the tvr/equity being 1 then extension could off been 2 and not going under 3% klaus being 3....wow so they needed the 6k for those and future RNS?....???????
