I only have modest holding so taken all my entitlement and paid for another 20000 on basis that better than even moneythe OO will be fully taken up, but if not, loads of us will have asked for more so will only get %. Vital it is fully subscribed and if the drill is dry, too bad, but need to drill now.

....and surely if the figures were going to be satisfactory, there would be a way of putting that across in the RNS without actually releasing them? BM either chose not to avail himself of that or did not think of it. Or they could be less than satisfactory. We will know soon but you don't have to be a prophet to work out what the market thinks from the SP.

...the court should have start the hearing and then adjourn. The only possibility I can conceive is to require the Rajasthan government to give the court the courtesy of stating their position - a bit rich but then this is not UK. If the government still take no action, the court must give us what we ask. If they appear, then we have been fiddled!
