Looking at this site's trades today, very small actual spread and decent purchase late in day. Rumour of announcement at the trade conference Jan 2nd of more US states signing up. Major stakes changed hands recently, including Legal & Gen (which enticed me in). I expect action in New Year because they must be getting through their bank overdraft now and have no working capital, so something must happen soon, even if a fundraise., They will need good news to push the price and generate demand if they are to do that!

Forgive me but the performance day was underwhelming. Profit-takers paring the gain to a mere 7/8 of one penny! The way I interpret the latest RNS is very different to that viz those who might or may know the RFP answer are putting a chunk of their pension on this co in the Botswana SE. Maybe I am the naive one. Anyway, I have already exceeded what I consider is prudent to hold , so time will tell. And my hunch now is that the seismic result will come before the RFP, if only for sake of respectability, Botswana-style!

What mindset sells this outfit now? Maybe the Court Officer in the house listing goods to sell!

. At present , in common with many other reits they are priced for a firesale. I anticipate some benefit from the publicity for this over time but I am not holding by breath! Just keep taking the generous divi.

The only thing wrong if the SP rockets is forgetting the golden rule: Pull out your stake money - let the gamble roll on free. Its just a case of when you do it. I don't let the gain go more than x3 before I do it.so that will mean about 29p here assuming I get my next batch at 8.00 am tomorrow. If I fail, then around 25p. Don't be too ambitious.

I can't see any serious buying until a new floor is established and this cannot happen at ANY price while the co buyback continues. I have thetefore revised my view that 850p was a buy and will just take the divi and wait for now.

It is a few months to 2017 figures but they are certain to be very strong (just look at the trend). This Sp will look very cheap 6 mths down the line - if they are still an independent co!

Rough calculation is they left about 1.8M shares for 'public' ! Changes nothing though. Have to be totally barmy not to see this as last chance for bootsyfill.

Don't think this could happen in Scrupulous Bretagne but because of the RNS I have dredged up a bit more cash and slapped a limit buy on for next second AIM is trading. My reading of this is that I cannot now have too many!

I blame this management for not watching closely the management of its 25% owned piggy bank, Luceco, which is still falling on fears of the maxim 'Profit warnings come in THREES!' So they have at last found another candidate to invest in. I'm not sure I want to stick around. I am cutting even here at the 250p range and if it moves back soon, I am tempted to cut and run in case Luceco goes even worse.

I am already well into 3IN but with a current yield of 7,4% and a likely return of capital (probably by a gradual increase in divi spread over quite a few years) these seem to be tree-mendous for Xmas. And remember even Corbyn will not be able to squeeze much out of 31N because only a small amount is invested in UK. If the New Year tips highlight them, I can see these at 225p quite soon and STILL offering a decent safe yield.

Barclays may be right and the divi is a comfort but this buyback programme is depressing the price still.

Latest RNS shows irritatingly small sales by BoD, presumably short of folding! At least they have now confirmed that the application is in for listing on the main board expected in New Year. I suppose we must hang around until then because the co must gain some visibility from that. Just wish I could get enthusiastic!

Just looked at chart of stock trades in last 6 months. Miles more action in last few weeks than entire rest of period put t ogether! Price gone firmish for an outfit living off its overdraft, My conclusion is that newly promoted management doing hellfor leather for new contracts in States knowing two more will make the co profitable next year and they will then recapitalise unless in receipt of a bid. Also large stakes changing hands. So becoming interesting
