670M of gross pay is in the region of what you get from hydrocarbon search drill, for you to have this in a drill for helium points to the huge potential of this project. The step out well should properly define what these guys have if its xtics are similar somewhat to what they have already in JS1. What JS1 has brought out is phenomenal. A similar world record breaking find with gr8 concentration is only 180m in vertical size . Had I more cash I would further dive in. This presents great opportunities.

Why would they need another rig after JS2? Is the current one inadequate for some reason?

If the size of the find is as massive as is being unveiled daily, Pulsar would be taken out very soon. I am of the suspicion that the concentration to be announced at the end of drilling JS1 would soon cause a bidding war at prices folks would not believe.

I guess other like minded drillers would probably be looking at getting acreage in the same area , the early bird getting the worm is key here. If 160km away 2% concentrations are being recorded , then there is probably a quiet mad rush in place!

Chances are that the deeper they go, the higher the concentration.

That 500m I hope is a conservative depth. :). They have spent $2m drilling up to where they are now and reckon it could bring them $20m if they decide to just produce from where they are.

I believe that in this game an even greater concentration than 14% would mean even more money which would enhance the valuation of the asset even more on a takeover. >14% concentration would mean less processing costs than the 0.4% concentrations discovered on other projects even though both are commercial.

Flow rates in my opinion would no doubt increase if we had to go by what the company's spokesperson has been hammering on about.

2% concentrations tested 160km (no doubt also commercial ) means this share should enrich some folks here with a decent holding, I dare not calculate what the Gross asset value per share is currently going by the analysts interview lest I would be accused of ramping.

The 2% concentrations found are probably at depths not similar to where the 14% concentration got found. Now they are saying that the find seems to be district wide and hence a reservoir of district dimensions ( :) ) is what we are looking at.

Best He play on the london market? You bet. Very low number of shares as things stand probably very soon in a few unwilling sellers' hands means illiquid shares and any small news could lead to the sky rocketing of such share prices.

Currently they have 126m shares in issue. 13% of their acreage is what they currently have under consideration which analysts reckon could have He worth about $2.5b and CO2 worth about $600m, going forward ,were they to utilize 100% of the acreage they have , the story would be much different in terms of potential valuation. Now the good thing about them is that in the area they continue to push for more land acquisition in an area where they believe the reservoir could be district wide in size.

They have now issued more shares to finance further moves in that area , a bigger area , all things being equal could mean a bigger resource and most likely a higher share price with the possibility of getting taken over. I am of the belief that the deeper they drill the more likely they get a higher concentration of helium beyond the 14% so far found but as it is the 14% found so far is great news.

Good thing is that drilling is starting soon and by the end of February we would have news or before then! With the figures given above , I would be happy to see someone put a likely valuation on the sp.

The He these chaps are producing comes with no water so far. They are now in the process of deepening the well another 500m which should add to the resource after which they would be going for a step out well. Interesting times!
