Looking at the numbers above this looks like a decent bet at £6M m/cap, risk / reward looks an opportunity

SBTX close to 11p on the offer

OPTI at 6p = £6.2m market cap

Liquid assets:

∙ SBTX stake at 11p = £6.58m (106% of entire market cap)

∙ PBX stake (~23%) = £3.6m

∙ Cash = £1m+

∙ Total: ~£11.2m

The market is now pricing OPTI at a £5m discount to liquid assets alone, before ascribing any value whatsoever to SlimBiome IP, SweetBiotix, or the operating business.

Genuinely like SBTX and the potential but having bought in at just over 5p I took profits today as close to 90% up in 7 trading days and switched initial cash which was only £5k into Opti - not a day trader as such as not good enough but it was a bit of bunce

SBTX at 11p then Opti stake is equal to its market cap, everything else is a free ride

Guess the next news of note is either TR1 maybe or update on the forensic audit ?

Looks like we are anchored to circa £20M m/cap so some stability

MM’s accumulating

Laura, agree with your comments, obvious buyer(s) placing 2M order blocks with MM’s

MM will ‘ protect ‘ a slug … maybe 50% at Xp price,the rest at best

MM’s need to subdue the price whilst they lock/load, they can unofficially pick up stock to cover when they know a client wants to build a position, it’s simple and efficient.

The price moves up today / tomorrow so they can accumulate

their book knowing another order is due, Friday will be a good day to pick up day traders sell shares as we are close to 50% up on the week and off we go again next week

What we don’t know, who the buyers are and what is their strategic targets, you would think a TR1 by Friday or Monday maybe, somebody somewhere is building a stake at a price they think is low ?

AIM CO’s can use FRS 102 as per Private CO’s they don’t have to use IFRS

You could have point as SBTX was possibly FRS 105 until recently ?

We can assume there is a possibility the Croda £ is somewhere within SBTX ledgers and people in the market know the date line and forward current sales

Croda’s shout out yesterday was telling that they rate the product

Moot point but Humbles Bot has been quiet since my post yesterday, gist being market abuse / misrepresentation that the poster can be traced etc

Humbles Bot account was opened around SA RNS and continually advised SBTX would be suspended and FCA involved, at the same time 66% of SBTX shares exchanged hands and we can guess PI’s panicked sold due to a lot of noise and they will now look in and be quite angry.

ISE should really be looking into Humble Account / Controller and their career / industry

It’s been a good news day thanks to Croda’s RNS

Suggest the floor is well in on the back of their comments on the sector SBTX sits within their group

Take a view on who controls Humble Bot, it’s either a strange loner who lives in his Mum’s basement / similar or maybe more likley someone with an interest to scare PI’s to sell so players could pick up stock on the cheap, they did their job joining LSE just after the SA RNS and advising this BB suspension is inbound and the FCA are involved

ISE should hand over this account holders mobile / IP address to the FCA to ask who the person behind this account, be it Mandleson or someone in the City market abuse should be investigated

Positive News via Croda, yes no idea on SBTX revenue but it appears we are may be on the right side of forward growth.

Croda highlighted “refocusing innovation with a rigorous new framework and reallocation of R&D resources,” with New & Protected Product (NPP) sales up 5%, patented sales up 9%, and new ingredient sales up 10%. There was also a 12% increase in the average pipeline value of customer co-creation projects.

Beauty Actives — the Zenakine segment

Consumer Care sales grew 8% at constant currency, with Beauty Actives up 6%. The strategy here is described as “internationalising Beauty Actives capabilities and delivering benefits to masstige brands.” Zenakine, sitting within Beauty Actives, is central to this internationalisation push.
