It has to be USA for Ingenuity ? Makes sense

Ingenuity doesn’t have the accounts - time wise - to seek a direct listing USA

The SPAC works so well for Ingenuity and as soon as it’s funded we are away

No idea on costs but it has to be on the’ to do list ‘ for THG BoD

From the 3 main business’s ,maybe SPAC Ingenuity don’t think it’s accounts would get it anywhere other than AIM
Spin off one of the other and rebrand Nutrition My Protein and have 2 quoted PLC’s in U.K.?

The opportunity value for THG shareholders is exciting

The flip side … we can buy stuff like THG that has been manipulated to these ridiculously low price levels

Maybe ban the Investment banks who flogged the IPO to the market / PI’s and then shorting the same stock once they are out of their lock in period - Uber ramp to Uber short

Same time stop directors of PLC’ s putting bids in to take a plc private and at the same time ‘ short ‘ the same company via other vehicles - that’s what we had with THG we saw it on a regular basis with the Form 8’s and Iain McDonald who is a THG director
