Regardless of who is or isn't allowed in the SAG I hope it has some form of impact (over the last few months the BoD have been a joke). I fortunately resisted the urge to top-up so have a fairly small holding. Unfortunately that doesn't stop the irritation of the 30%+ loss I am sat on.

Either google just had a whoopsie or we have a nice little sign of what is to come.

Good to see shares changing hands above the 0.08 mark today. IMHO its still way under value -
Value wise the we are in a similar position to that of when we didn't have half of the existing portfolio of profit making investments (some have already produced cash) + SGS on board (with news due any time now).
With a decent tail wind we should already be trading above 0.1 in anticipation of news. If good news lands it could be 3x that value or more.

Looks like something is brewing. Very sudden uptick in interest this morning with us already at .80.
Come on JN, give us the news we have been waiting for.

2 hours later - Another exclusivity extension arrives (until 01st July). Painfully boring process, lets hope the reward is worth it.

The fact that they have published such information is a good sign and shows both parties must be fairly confident that a deal will be struck. Let's just hope it's a good deal for current shareholders that have been sat on the sidelines for months on end.

I am surprised the DD has dragged on this long given that the team at CZN had been through a similar process with SSSIG last year.
Fingers crossed a nice RNS will land in the next few days. At this point in time the current MCAP is well below that of a half decent cash shell.

I wonder whether the penny is finally starting to drop with new investors looking in on VELA. Another buy a few moments ago at 0.075 after a smattering of fairly small buys/sells (all reported as Red on LSE of course).
Historically VELA has moved very quickly on small volume so it shouldn't be long before we see north of 0.1 again.

I certainly didn't expect to be moving my stop loss down to avoid handing over my shares at this level.
MCAP now below the pre-SGS value.
After 6 months of top notch investments from JN and the potential boom on positive SGS results I was genuinely expecting to see a comfortable trading range of 1.1 - 1.3.

Although I appreciate that these things are kept under wraps until a final paper on the trial outcome is agreed, you would think they would excited to get the news out of their success. Come on JN

Come one. This is getting tedious. Almost 50% down vs pre consolidation and we are stuck in trading range as MM's dont want buyers.
Either someone is loading up on the cheap or MM's have just get better things to be doing.

Between the regular posters there must be a decent holding by now.
I'm not doing any more topping up until we see some news but have managed to amass a little over 22 million. Just need JN to pull his finger out and offer up some half decent news (that £2m in the bank must be earmarked for something).

I cant quite believe we are seeing sells as low as 0.072 - Even without SGS the other investments in mode, Aeristech. Cornerston et al + cash reserves deserve a better share price.

VELA is a different business altogether (not a bad one as it turns out)

I have previously seen numbers banded about ranging from 2p to 10p, however, I believe these were all complete guesses.
VELA retains the Coos Bay asset where £m were pumped in over the course of a couple of years but I have no idea what the current value is or could be.
The current MCAP stands at just under £800,000 - Cash shells have previously sold for £3m to £10m so there is potentially some decent shareholder value there?! (3x the current SP would get a few shareholders comfortably in profit given the trading range over the pas year.

Good to see the BoD are at least updating the shareholders monthly. Exclusivity extended until 01st June. Fingers crossed that's the last extension necessary before we find out what PET are willing to pay.

Nice start to the week (showing +7%). It would be nice to see the SP finally catch up with fair value this week.
The big question is, what is now fair value given the irons in the fire with SGS, MODE, Aeristech, Cornerstone, Kanabo, Weshop et al plus the best part of £2m is still sat in the bank waiting to be invested.
I think the SP could comfortably be double the current level and still present a good opportunity for new investors with a MCAP heading for £20m.

The share price is actually rising... As in its going up....As in its not red... finally!

Is someone quietly loading up perhaps ahead of news?
The BoD could really do with getting some news out. We are nearly 40% down on the pre-consolidation value? Bit of a joke really!

I hate those fool articles. It's always a click bait title followed by a recommendation to buy something other than the title investment.
