I certainly hope so. The RNS wasn't all that bad but the PR "hype" they deliberately created did a lot of damage. LTHs don't want fancy tweets, they want solid news.

Broker accounts should start catching up now and offering the shares (II took a little while to show up) - Great opportunity with sensible mcap and what looks to be a very experienced BoD.

The BoD need to get some blockbuster news out to keep the SP above .40.
Although there will be the usual rampers claiming the new isa allowances will save the SP, no one is going to throw their money into SYME if they expect a repeat of last week's news shambles.

Just in case anyone has missed this one. (VELA has a £200k investment).

I can shift a sizable chunk through II at the minute so perhaps its just your broker having an issue.

Given the cash available to JN and potential for news in the next week or two I have taken the plunge on another top up.
Lets see if the LSE prints that it as a buy!

I hope not. With a bit of volume the SP will fire back up to the 1.1-1.2 mark but the problem with the rainbow chasers is they don't help with volatility and the bb will be full of clowns stating we will all be millionaires tomorrow :)

After all the hype and the bulls**t tweets we get a very ordinary RNS. I have a feeling they were trying to get something impressive signed off yesterday to include in the RNS and failed.

Was there something due to be announced today? I don't seem to remember seeing today marked as a deadline in recent RNS's.

Why on earth are they using twitter to give the heads up on a trading update. I'm a big fan of SYME but that is just plain odd. If you have an RNS sat there, just issue it to the market via the proper channels.

"SYME expects to announce a further update within the next month"
"NEXT MONTH" - stop worrying for the sake of 28 days.

The update did not say "within this month" = no one has been mislead if nothing shows up today.

Yet again the beer money traders are winding each other up.

Despite being a fan of SNT, today was a bit of a mess. It may take a few days for the dust to settle here. Despite LSE's wonderful reporting (+24000%) we ended up about 15% worse off today.

I wouldn't read to much into it. I have seen numerous meetings / reporting missed off that email in the last few years.

I have been doing similar. Taken a few small chunks over the past few weeks under .80. Seems a relatively safe bet imho.
JN has a decent track record, we have cash in the bank and a news rich period ahead.

I think we will probably get a monthly update (if we are lucky) until some solid figures can be presented by the BoD. At least the due diligence shouldn't take as long this time given the BoD have done it all before less than 6 months ago.
Good things come to those who wait, and wait, and wait ...

I understand than there are a lot a shares to churn through but surely they are not all being offloaded at once. There has also been some very good volume days in the last few weeks which should have cleared out the majority.
