Manro: My plan has always been and will always be to see this thru to the end ("the end" currently meaning when all 6 drills are completed).
Having said that we all know things can change rapidly and you need to adjust your plans to current events (e.g. drills being postponed or even cancelled, change of management and/or shareholder structure, take over offer, financial bottlenecks, etc. etc.). That could force even the most die hard PM investor to sell off at least part of his shares. It hasn't happened during the last 8 1/2 (crazy) years but you never know.

All in all, I firmly believe I will be able to stick to my plan and that thanks to my investment in PM I will be able to settle down on cloud 9 in the very near future.

The recent recovery (of about 1.5p) is great of course which only goes to show how modest PM PIs have become.

But honestly: The current sp is still insanely cheap - what are the sideliners waiting for?

P/D: In all honesty you clearly can't rule the "breasts up" part out. At this point however, and as a PM believer, I consider that outcome to be highly improbable. As I've said many times on this board: this is a holding operation. I don't know how soon PM will prove to be the great success we've all been waiting for. But I am convinced it will happen - and it won't take very much longer. It all depends on your willingness and capability to be patient.

PopeyeDoyle: Thanks for taking the time to write a post which confirms the sentiment of many posters on this board - and not just since yesterday BTW. Many of us have tried - in different ways - but what you see here is the result of all those efforts. My best guess - as an investor since 2010 - is: As long as a share like PM is unattractive you hardly see any posts. Once that situation changes you've got a lot of flies which simply can't help taking advantage of the fresh, smelly s**t.
The (only) good news out of all that is: You can be sure that this share is incredibly attractive - for traders but particularly for long term holders. But don't worry: As of now you won't have to wait as long as I have until this company and its share goes wild.

Many thanks for your complements such as "useless idiot". That appears to be your way of dealing with frustration - very cultivated indeed.
As I typically do not make predictions on the sp I'd like to know when it was that I made that "no less than 10p prediction": You probably are getting things confused - but thinking straight doesn't seem to be a strength of yours.

F/R: Agreed: This is Mongolia. Agreed this is PM - and hopefully their mgmt decisions will ultimately screw you as you've not deserved any better. Just for the record: They haven't screwed me as an LTH. Your investment strategy seems to be more screwable. Good luck with that!

Vic14: In that case everything's hunky dory - and you've obviously got nothing to complain about. I thought you were chiming in with the other "frustrators".

If your shortsighted investment strategy would require PM's management to take decisions which are not in the company's (longterm) interest - then nobody other than yourself is to blame for your failed strategy. Love it or leave it. My recommendation: Leave it!

Manro: If I'd take that view Fundie would have to do a much better job by getting the SP down to <3.5p. He won't be able to do that or even <8p on his own. Nevertheless I'm happy for those PIs who can add to their holding at lower prices.

Yes - and the 38.5p don't even include the market's expectations and phantasy - which will undoubtedly push the sp higher.

GKahn's post makes a lot of sense and I clearly agree with his logic relating to the second placement. Time and again people on this board question or rather roast PM's management decisions as if their only objective were to butcher the PIs. I guess it's the arrogance of those posters who claim to know better what decisions would need to be taken to lead PM to success - claims which I find extremely bothering and incomprehensible; particularly in the light of their limited short term investor views.

Again: I understand that a lot of those posters are very much frustrated that their short term investment strategy has not panned out. It appears that their last resort is to put the blame on those who have the say - and know better.

It may be best for those to just bail out and forget their PM investment. I for one would be very happy for them.
