Sharedealer - I think your misinterpreting the 'embargo' reasons. All the presenters of these conferences are 'embargoed' - the reason being is that if they published the presentations before the conference - nobody would pay the fat fee to turn up and listen - and there is a fat fee for turning up and listening - these conferences are a big moneyspinner for the organisers - and not just medical conferences

I have a question or 2. GG recent funding was for initial production at Haverion - so I assume for this to go ahead Newcrest have to fund their 70% of the bill. Have Newcrest got that funding lined up? and even if they do have the money - what happe#ns if newcrest say they dont want mine to for whatever reason...

use it or loose it - spend the money on green projects comes off the profit bottom line - profits come back in down the line from this gas - and as humans we keep putting things in landfill - so good long retm business for BP

ahh found that - Nationwide 4.75% fixed for 3 years....very safe.

I would resist on that as we are getting that here on divvys and plus some upside on share price as the buybacks continue. AND Nationwide will probably offer 5.5% fixed in a few months time......
I just put a remorgage through at 2.09% - so have a chunk of cash to splash...

where can you get 4.75 on cash?

I think we will only see a small increase in divvy and continuing buy backs and debt reduction - Seems best way for long term holders. A few months ago I thought my top slice target was 4.50, I resisted and bought a few more when it fell back to 4.31....I am not sure what my sell price is now - I cant see anywhere better to hold my cash until inflation has reduced back to normal levels

Totally agree - Ive been on those 15% UK mortgage rates. When I have cautioned some workmates about where mortgage rates are normal at around 5-6% , you can see them think - old boy is clueless. Most mortage holders havent been stress tested at the normal rates...there is going to be carnage,

wrong - the people who should feel bad are the ones who continually ramped this share with BS -and there was some bad BS for example 'look we have a sexy new website we are going to market' and got other people involved in loosing money.
Same people failed to look at the outrageous spending on nothing and while brushing off facts on the financial position continued to ramp and encouraged others into a bad investment to help shore up their own hopeless positions
