This time of year everyone is storing, so approx 10mbod would be going to storage for summer usage ie HVAC and Driving seasonal changes. In Saudi alone they consume 1.5mbod more in summer than winter.

Of course it will, they are looking for maximum impact for markets. Last minute negotiations going on. Mexico wants the US to use Mexican construction materials and labour to build the wall:)

Maybe but it's short sighted, they have to hedge in 2021 too. My gut tells me they are not arguing with OPEC +, this is about something to do with the US. And they know the US need this deal, why not use that for leverage on whatever it is they are looking for.
