Not sure why people are talking about deal falling apart other than oilprice predicting it, there is little basis for that right now. I can see it being impossible to keep G20 in line because that's never been tried but up till recently OOEC+ was compliant to 100% levels over a long monitoring period. That's not to say some didn't deviate but Saudi and UAE over complied for extended periods. That's partly why I think SA got the hump with Russia in early March. They feel they deserved more respect for their leadership by example.b

Maybe it will be dorothy, just not a good time for announcements. I believe shes financially very capable and well respected and connected? At times like now, it's usually smart to have financial leadership.
