Align being paid in shares would suggest that they received a premium on their fee... No way their cash fee would have been £12k....
BUT, they are active buyers as well. I can only see this as a positive. If anyone has insider knowledge it will be Align, No?

Neil, go back to the initial reason why you invested here. Are those reasons still valid? Do you still see growth and a company that is going places?

If the answer is positive, hold or double down.
If the answer is negative, sell and move on.

The MMs are just playing with the spread...

My buy @0.2989p is showing as a sell. I think the last few sells have actually been buys...

It would make sense that they would release contract news/ pipeline update when they release the 'name change' RNS.
Although, don't they have to have an AGM/ EGM and shareholder agreement for name change?

Sounds like a good approach for shareholders. The only concern is timeline!!! they need to start this and more importantly update the market on its progress through RNS... otherwise the cash burn will kill us. Surely the operating costs are more than the previously declared £2.8m per year?? We have less than £100k revenue so something needs to happen, and fast.

LB28 - change of name means nothing - I could change my name and it wouldn't make me more wealthy...
The direction of the company is just a statement, it needs to be backed up by sales, M&A etc.
New Directors has made a difference, hence the spike when DS was announced (and part of the reason I invested), but fundamentally they only add more cost....

I am hoping for some news on clients, sales, and the jackpot would be an acquisition.

MrMilton - the problem with 'heavy dilution' is the impact on the SP. My concern is that the company has nearly £3m of costs against a turnover of £50k ! The only way to make this sustainable is to increase turnover, reduce costs or increase share count.... Dilution seems inevitable until we see some tangible sales.
We will need an RNS that shows substantive change i.e. something that will bring income, assets, or intention to bring those things before this explodes...

MrMilton - a large % of buys and sells yesterday were more likely to be day traders, so may not be large institutional block sells... Perfect conditions with large price movements over the last few weeks.

Hi Boom123 - I am still invested. I want to see what David Sefton's plans are. I also think Stem Cells have a huge future that is nearing commercialisation. This is a high risk investment for me. I just want to know other people's views on why they have invested.

Sure, but we know nothing about the new media company as yet. There are no accounts or pipeline of work etc... So people investing on this premise are merely taking a punt??? Media is not a new concept and there are plenty of other companies out there...

Hello - I invested in this share last Wed and Fri with a holding of c.£30,000. After reading all 'material' RNS releases, I wonder what other people's views are on this... Fundamentals are poor, taken from 2017 Annual report, with turnover of c.£50k on operating costs of over £2m, which would probably explain the resulting funding at crazy placing (0.0025p). I also can't see the current Stem Cell business model being profitable (my opinion). I have bought based on David Sefton and the potential global Stem Cell commercialisation i.e. forward projected market and potential... Am I missing anything here? What are other people's views??? ps. please don't come back with "... I reckon sp will go to 2p in two weeks..." based on opinion/nothing... Thanks

The UEN Annual Report 2016 clearly states that all exports are made to one customer - Petraco. And that all sales and customers are within the Russian Federation. So, to answer your question, yes, the tanker shipments are classified as domestic sales.
