There has been good news flow. We are kept up to date on TR-1s and have had operational updates. You can't expect RNS every day or every week... The operational updates tell you everything you need to know in terms of company progression, contracts, name change etc.

Why people say there is not enough communication baffles me.

So many more buys vs sells... this must tick up soon, surely...?

I am convinced the sells today are EHGOS. Yesterday's sells were just too small.

What happened last time EHGOS dumped their shares in one day = the new financing agreement was released with a new floor... history repeating?

Not sure former employees have that many shared - LSE states 8m a piece.

Why are you all panicking? Last time two 50m sells went through it was seen as good news and the sp rallied.
Don’t lose faith on a whim. Take emotions out of trading otherwise you will always lose.

I'm still not understanding why EHGOS would sell below 0.4p (converted price)???
If they knew positive news was on the way surely they would hold... This selling would suggest they expect the sp to drop, no?
I don't buy the 'David Sefton persuaded them to sell to an II...' talk. EHGOS are a commercial animal and need to get good returns.

Considering EHGOS have diluted this stock by 10%. Im not surprised we have seen a drop from 0.36 to 0.33... about 10%.
Let it play out. News is due on so many fronts.

Stanley - also, to clarify, the price EHGOS decide to sell their shares at has nothing to do with the Financing Agreement. It does not affect future tranches, Bond conversions, or anything else.

Stanley - the RNS stated that they have already converted at 0.4p so the 'Theoretical Value' won't apply.

EHGOS have converted £400k worth of Bonds at 0.4p each.

Will be interesting to see what the sp does here...

Brycen - no need to panic. The spread is wide so sells will go through at quite a low value.
Just sit tight for the next release of RNS and this will move.

The support is at 0.25p until the next tranche of Bonds are converted - then the 'floor' is 0.4p.
I personally can't see this going below 0.3p again. There is positive news promised from the Board!

It's no surprise there are loads of companies with registered addresses in one building. This is very normal in cities (and tax havens, haha!!).

They only do it to have a presence in London, nothing more.

Gotta say I agree with most of your post. No Deal is the best option for us, economically and democratically.

But, if May's deal fails and there is another general election, Labour will get in (probably with a Lib Dem coalition) - all because of the young vote and Vote Pairing.
We need Boris et al to take charge and get it done.

You have to feel bad for the original BoD… For example, Joao Andrade bought 8m shares in 2016 (at 12p per share ish). The value back then was around £800k.

If he sells now, he'll only get £15k.

Maybe the original BoD will only sell if they are forced to sell as that is a huge loss...

BigTen - Of course there are new investors. Why do you think the sp has risen. Why have most days had more buyers than sellers. Why has the sp continued to rise even after the dilution that occurred in late April when EHGOS converted 24% additional shares???!

Also, in terms of institutional investors or large private investors, our friend Aftab has bought a 5% stake.
I agree more institutional investment would propel this, or some additional Director buys, but it is early days. This can still happen.

Look at the chart. Since it hit the 'bottom' @0.25p which nearly every informed person on this bb agreed was the bottom, the sp has risen steadily, albeit with some volatility. We are currently at 0.36 ish, which is a 40%+ increase.

To answer your question "could the sp get any worse": the answer I believe is yes with dilution (upon conversion of Bonds) - but if you read the last thread of messages this morning, it has already been debated at length with a consensus that there will likely be good news first then dilution. With a new bottom at 0.4p.
