Good morning JSC.
Well, well well! From his location it looks very much that he is heading for kimberlite pipe KX36 near Gopo, Botswana as I suspected and posted last week. Google Earth has been pretty useful in working out, from his Twitter pics, where he is heading. Some one was asking what other exciting
projects BOD had other than our Thorny River project in SA. Well KX36 is as about as exciting as it gets!! There are two excellent write up which explain exactly the significance of this pipe. (this is what I was trying to tell ‘highlystrung’ last week, but he thought it condescending, oh well!)

From these two articles it is pretty easy to conclude what is coming.
The value of KX36 to BOD could be anywhere between £174m and £960m based on the current 100% ownership.
JAHC is on record as saying he believes the area has a high possibility of yielding further pipes and that
“We first looked at KX36 some three years ago. It’s a high-grade kimberlite, one of the most signifi- cant discoveries since Orapa and Jwaneng.“
“t is generally our intention to mine if we find a deposit commercial. However, there are many issues which should be considered such as partnering (risk sharing) with another company and like we did when I was MD of African Diamonds plc an offer was made for the company, as it had the rich AK6 deposit (now Karowe Mine) and it was in the best interests of shareholders so it was accepted.”
