Large holders lend the shares to shorters to sell.

The reason why the brokers are so keen is that equity NFT’s are a very powerful hedging tool for those wishing to enter the crypto markets. Ie big money and all their wealthy clients.
Equity NFT’s are a full proof way to take a large position in BTC but remove the downside risk using
the potential to convert back any get back your real money at any time. I don’t believe RP mentioned this in the recent presentation

by not having our share trading as an NFT

What a waste of all the PR that would be.
What is stopping us other than getting the go
