I agree Legin, many will be keen to get in early on Monday, we know how fast it can move and with the first round of offers possibly already in, the RNS confirming such could land earlier than expected. GLA
Thanks antlev. I don’t think the share price will have that much influence on negotiations, more so their P&L and operations. We know share prices are proxy for the value of the company.. I may be off the mark but that’s my opinion
antlev, you say “going in with low offers”, how much is low do you think please? Yes, there may well be offers already but £20m is ridiculously low, the article is rubbish- just my opinion
Looking at trading financials for the 6 months to June 2022 it seems Mades biggest issue is with supply chain, if the prospective buyers(s) feel this can be addressed quickly then expect a few decent offer(s). And with a customer base of 1.2m across Europe and USA I think there will be a few suitors - holders may well be pleasantly surprised with the final offer(s). I’m expecting a bidding war TBH. GLA!
