Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
NM is no ELON MUSK iceberg. Not even close
Don't forget that the Institutional holders are the ones who have way more information than all of us. CGP is a shareholder. No other agenda than getting shareholder value. If they are all voting against NM I really think you as a PI should actually open your eyes and objectively find out why. Thanks Rednight for your reasoning.
Don't be fooled. If BHP and NCM really want Mather out he will be gone. This was just a reminder too him that they will send him packing if they want. BHP and NCM know exactly what they are doing and currently are comfortable with NM being at the helm. They will remove him if and when they feel the time is right. JMHO

addict. Can you please explain the resolutions that were cancelled
And once again. A fantastic RNS. An eventful AGM .... and SP stays put!!! We need a suitor!!!!
At the end of the day NM is very astute. He absolutely knows his large shareholders don't want him to take SOLG to production. Going to production was always a head fake to threaten BHP and NCM to pay up or have a potential new competitor. This balance between large shareholders and their preferences is a difficult one. NM will continue to threaten this as he needs to show that he isn't a pushover. The RNS today was also released to put more pressure on the big boys. We are in good shape here. First time in many years I can see someone potentially trying to buy us out. GLTA
NM always looks bored and miserable
Quady. Do you really think SOLG is going to production with 45% of shareholders against running the show?? This sets us up for a takeover 100%.. No doubt now
I really don't think the company can be run by anyone with that little support from shareholders. CGP has obviously tapped into alot of discontent amongst large shareholders. This is lovely
The only vote that mattered was NM's
Coldrake I agree the lack of substantial votes for Mather really put us in play here. That's a big number of unhappy shareholders.
Thats a pretty big number against NM.... 54 .85 for him?? Sends a strong message
Max19 I completely agree. Just another excuse for SP sitting in this range. Unfortunately shareholders of SOLG have many different goals. NM and BHP don't give a crap about SP. They prefer a lower price. AGM will be of no value other than seeing where BHP and NM want SOLG to go
iceberg.... Maybe he's waiting on a French translation!!!
I just bought back some SOLG at .60 seems pretty cheap with the price of Copper where it is..
Looks like Irwin doing quite well with NXE trade... WOW
"diddly squat?" They sold the property to SOLG with the right to 15% of Ensa...?? Don't sign the deal if your not going to honor it. Welcome to law and order, property rights, civil society
Zoros. You actually make no sense. CGP is a partner and WI is actually and exceptional investor in the mining sector. CGP is a prospect generator who actually found Alpala. They made a deal with SOLG that actually is legally binding. Just because they value their stake in Alpala higher than NM's dosn't make them bad. They own 15% of Cascabel. If they are losers so are we all.
