Hi Angela - with respect, I think you are being incredibly over optimistic. If you have a near term SP expectation of £ 1.00 and 3 years more drilling, I think based on SP performances over previous 2 years, shareholders best chance of realising any modest gain, will be contingent on company getting to £ 1Bn value. My great fear is that heavy dilution will be required to fund M&A activities. Not likely co will achieve £ 1 Bn through organic growth.

Hi Southmead - realistically I do not expect to receive any divis from SDX but that said, neither did I expect to be sitting on an SP unchanged for 24 months! PW (whom I admire greatly) is almost like a broken record in terms of plans to monetise, drill new wells, sign up new customers etc. But if this is all so great and exciting why has the market looked the other way? We can all talk ourselves into being linked to a potential 1 Bn company but I am beginning to wonder just how long and at what cost before that kind of value is realised.

Chiselhurst - a share buyback is certainly another option but not usually favoured by cos in 'growth mode' ? In my experience shareholders in 'growth companies' are usually rewarded by consistent SP growth. Out of interest what charts are you looking at, because as far as I can see the SP has broadly remained static for the past two years? Granted there have been occasional short lived spike SP spikes but otherwise 45-50 range. The co talk's the talk but so far we have to see shareholder value.

It is lagging behind, and drowning in it's own incompetence. 72p special divi after tax -50% and a lot less than what the shareholders paid in the co fund raise to avoid dilution?

The CEO is now piping up about the dynamic UK market, another joke, even pre-Brexit margins are being squeezed and post-Brexit expect more bad news. Time for a new captain and a new strategy.

Steady on there daft - I was raising a question and my point is still valid, when out of the blue a significant shareholder buys a lot of shares coinciding with the shares being suspended. How many similar share transactions took place during period in question? In light of the shares being suspended, I see no problem shining a light on a stand out transaction involving a significant change of position shortly before shares were suspended. I missed the announcement and I have no agenda. I would also like to acknowledge the post with links by Cosmoss.

As for your broader point I am not sure whether you're more paranoid or naïve - but for me the AIM is increasingly volatile and to always expect the unexpected.

if as you seem to suggest that River and Mercantile AM purchased 10mio shares (equivalent to c 5% of total shares) was there an RNS to flag this? It seems on the surface an extraordinary fortunate time to buy so many shares. If I were an II I would be putting questions to the co Chairman etc As a small PI it does seem strange such a large transaction can take place with no real impact on SP. It is hard not to be cynical and prefer to see company treat all shareholders with clarity at all times. Smacks of 'deals for the boys'?
