The issue relating to a finalised 5.5p offer, as I see it, are outstanding warrants and Gina''s asset tied deal. If AAL need to buy them out them they may pay for that by lowering the 5.5p offer. To what I would not even speculate on as I am far from being a seasoned investor and if I sell today, far from a successful one. But for me that is the biggest risk of a final offer being less than 5.5p.

Portsmouth, I was one of those SXX investors that saw your posts about EUA and I bought in @0.98p making EUA a pretty big gain for me even if it was fraction of what it could have been thanks to capitol foolishly tied up in SXX. The only question is do I sell up my SXX holding to consolidate my EUA holding even thought that means a significant averaging up...
Don't worry, I do not expect any advice. I just wanted to say that you have already helped me and anyone else that listened to you whilst invested in the ,ahem, good ship Sirius.

I should mention my average is 13.9 so I would love Kapersky to be correct but as it stands I do not see anything hitting, let alone topping, the 10p range without a slew of bidders all wanting the prize but as it stands we have 1 confirmed bidder and no one else.

Just curious as to who you think the potential players are? All I have is BHP and AAL with an outside chance for Gina Rhineheart to throw something out there but unlikely given her asset assured contract IMO.

It was RLD after all, well that's some small solace after investing there at 0.234 and watching it slide back on itself. Between ROCK, EUA, BOIL and RLD I hope to negate any losses at SXX and then some. Fingers crossed.

Aubery, that is a fair point regarding the BOD and is the main reason I almost sold today however the point raised my many on this BB regarding accepting first offers is what stopped me. That said if no one else offers a counter bid pre Feb then I imagine AAL will lower their offer, I however do not expect that outcome but what do I know? I invested in Sirius on the basis of local sentiment pre St2 financing combined with ignorance and a work accident payout but if I knew now what I did not then I would not have touched Sirius with other people's money.
But hey ho. Live and learn.

Your comment, in my opinion, is not to be taken seriously and when I say that I will say I am some 2k down at this point and indeed am open to the idea of no counter offer will be forth coming but what you said does not tally with the 11th Nov RNS ie multiple parties have already been DD'ing for some months now.

trading123321, I wish I was stateside but alas. I am British and stuck in Blighty. I like the land but not so much what became of her... As for 2020 Pd predictions it is looking good both for EUA, and shareholders, as well as anyone with a CFD trading account and risk appetite to match.

Trading, tell me about it. I very nearly got burnt on that spike but instead cashed out just before the correction. Shame all my profits got wiped out by rubbish retail data from America on the same day. But hey, that's what i get for opting to trade an even riskier financial instrument than AIM listings...
Oh and can i just say. Some people really do the derampers a service by jumping down the throat of even the most innocent of criticisms/negatives. One of the reasons I even bothered opening a position on Pd was because of EUA gleaned knowledge of PGM markets and why I'm long on EUA.

Lol. Tone down the ego lads, I merely impart information of a short term nature. I''m long here and honestly interested to see if a short term downtrend in Pd prices weill feed through to EUA's stock price much like Vanadium prices damped Bushveld Minerals SP growth.

Just an FYI from an EUA holder that also does CFD trading, Palladium just took a bit of a nosedive as of 13:30 GMT, going from +0.5% gain to a -0.22% as of writing. So I would not be surprised to see some temporary downtrend on the SP of EUA if this Pal downtrend continues today. That said analysts still expect Palladium to hit 2000 USD/oz by years end and indeed to hit 2200 in the coming year. So all good as far as I'm concerned and given the sentiment driven nature of AIM listings it may not even have an impact on the SP but still.
Pal fundamentals just took a hit so it would be interesting to see if that feeds through here.

On Halifax at least and I want to average up very slightly thanks to the recent dip.
