Given I still have half of my SXX holding to sell and the offer for them by AAL is now a formal one I am sorely tempted to just sell up there and move here. Why? It's not an AIM mining co! Lol. And it also appears to have exceptionally strong fundamentals in the form of demand outstripping supply of patened products so could be one to recoup my losses and then some.

On the offer being floated but now it's a formal offer I am tempted to just sell up and move on to greener pastures as there is no way PIs have enough votes between them to stop this now I reckon.
The best thing I can say about this debacle is I learnt a lot about investing so fingers crossed I'll be making what I lost back, and then some, sooner rather than later.
My condolences to those that went all in on this one. I nearly did but stopped myself back in October by diversifying. I know some frown on this but check out TRX, EUA and EML. I'm invested in others but those 3 are my star players.

Never invest based on local sentiment with money you cannot afford to lose... but thanks to the experience of SXX I got my DYOR on and am now invested in 11 different companies and 3 are blue. EML, TRX and EUA with BOIL due to relist and rerate after RTO in the coming months so I am more than confidant that I am going to recoup my losses and then some.
Could even escape a pretty dead end pub kitchen job if I play my cards right and if that is not something to, ahem, AIM for I don't know what is.

Is my second smallest holding gosh darn it. It's still good to see something a good couple hundred % up after selling half of my SXX holding recently, I was going to put the salvaged funds here but did not want to upset that lovely 0.98 average so went elsewhere but then again. The fundamentals are here to be seen, in the form of M/oz of PGM and a possible deal to buy a chunk of the asset portfolio/everything as well as a BOD with previous form and top industry contacts, so I really should drop the sentiment and increase my holding here.

I must be one of the few LTHs that wants a suppressed SP before any deals are announced, naughty me! That said, if it breaks 4 p today I'll be £450 in profit from a £140 punt. Not bad for a newbie if I do say so myself.

From when I first invested in VAST, something to do with a loan given by PREM to VAST. Looks like I'm going to have to dig through some RNS's dammit. If I'm wrong then I do apologise.

Between PREM and VAST for a cheeky top up./average down ( I bought on the .045p spike). VAST won if only because of expected news flow in the short term as opposed to more longer term PREM outlooks and if I get my way I'll have a chance to top slice from VAST into PREM because as I understand it VAST owe PREM some money so if VAST takes off then they could well give a legs up to PREM in the process.

I started off at 27.8p but got down to 13.9 before selling half of my holding in SXX (held half just in case counter bid emerges) so no were near as bad as those that put pension pots in at any point before stage two financing was dropped. Lesson learnt and indeed if not for the experience of SXX I would not be here looking over MCAPs,graphs, RNS's, scoping out valuable BB posts etc etc.
I will recoup my losses and then some is my attitude so come Monday this board may be hearing from me again. GLA.

If the deal goes ahead you will simply have the cash value of your holding transferred to your brokerage platform and without a transaction fee so yayyy. I suppose :/

Today I decided to sell half of my holding as to me it seems the most sensible thing to do at the moment and that is due to two primary factors.
1. There is likely to be SP drift downwards from 5.5p and very little chance, imo, for it to rise above it without counter offers. Which leads to 2.
2. I still have some upside potential to my remaining holding should counter offers come at the 11th hour. But that leads to the third caveat that must be stated.
No deal is still a possibility and that could tank the SP before administration wipes out anything remaining annnd even if a deal does go ahead it is not set in stone that it will be 5.5p as there is the issue of outstanding warrants and Gin's asset tied deal.
