I'd have a veritable rainbow of colours of homebrew if I did not keep drinking it lol. But yeah. The last one I did, dubbed Eurasia, had 7 kinds of fruit in and were basically all the autumn varities barying rosehips and dansdems. It had redcurrant, blackcurrent, elderberrry ( go easy on it as it can easily over power things leading to a much darker/heavy flavour),sloes, raspberry, bramble and pomegranate (never used pome before and it was a great addition).
Problem is though I left it in the barrel with a large amount of headroom so the damn thing oxidised on me despite an airlock, still acceptable but it went from second best ever in 6 years to meh in just 3 days of sitting in the barrel :/ But either way people say turbo yeast is only about strength but after 6 years of experimentation I can make what most people consider to be a port or red wine very easily (and quickly, 3 week turnaround on average) and even a lemonchella type affair with Tilt so called because it kinda tastes like Lilt but if you drink enough of it it makes you tilt...
Tehe. Or should I say hick! And here once again is a toast to all the fine people aboard HMS Eurasia. That shout from the crows nest can only be getting closer people :) And to honestly answer the question. I have 3 clearly wrote down and defined recipes. They are Rasputin (strawberries as opposed to pomegranate and differing amounts of everything else), Eurasia and Tilt (pinneapple, lemon and lime marmalade with pulped mango (the stuff you can use in Indian dishes)).
Once EUA pays out I'm going to get a distillery and see what I can do with spirits. GLA and good health :)
