I thoroughly concur and there is still scope for a small PGM addition to UFO's portfolio. looks like I may have to pay a premium if I want to get to my 50k shares back. Just got a quote for 0.9245 on Halifax, could there be too much buying pressure below 0.9 meaning that is the floor for todays bad news re D2?

Interestingly I just got NT to buy for first time since starting to play this morning. NT for 210 quid.

I managed to sell 20% @ 0.89, took a few attempts but taken 10% profit thanks to my employer still owing me furlough pay so funds are tight and leaving 10% to maybe try and buy the bottom or at least somewhere down there. Or I might go rainbow chasing, I don't know. Tired of sitting on my laurels waiting for an irrational sentiment driven market to come to me.
GLA and imo. Today is not good news for sentiment but given the fundamentals are now closer to a confirmed 90% Hammersly ownership level then the longs can gain from this as much as the traders.

I was going to have some fun with 10% but stupidly did not accept 1st quote at market open, Halifax offered 0.96 for 25000 shares. I can say that much before NT to sell.

EUA average of 0.98p and 14254 shares, UFO 0.302 and 225000 shares as I sold 27000 odd to get some money for VELA. Cov, you can politely do one with that pompous attitude. If I'm doing something wrong explain why my pf was, until a recent rearranging to take profit and buy a good chunk of VELA, 113% up overall. EUA itself is up over 2000% and a couple others are in the 100%+ range. UFO is a strong contender for being in the 1000% range soon and if not for investing on a limited cashrun way pre placing here (most expensive holding @ what once was 2500 odd quid(Im that rich lmao)) the pf would be more like 200%. Guess I must be doing something wrong eh....

I, as in me as a subjective human being, want to hear about scope for divis in the event of consolidation for a NASDAQ listing otherwise I would be compelled to reevaluate my position given my experiance of investing since 2019 has left me with the irrational desire for 10k share holdings minimum.

I would aire on the side of the BOD not knowing when EIA will land as that would be highly market sensitive information. I imagine they will have an internally communicated timeframe from the Mon Gov that is subject to change at any time but nothing concrete so no closed periods, no market sensitive information. But that information is also likely to be compartmentalised to a few execs and the NOMAD.
I would also concur that the timeframe for EIA is now less likely to appear in the next 4 weeks due to this purchase than it was before. As for the minutia of boardrooms. No idea, too much legalese when it comes to who can say what and when for me.

Hello commo,I must say this is one fo the better BBs so good one to break cover on lol. As far as I know there is nothing concrete regarding where the products would go but I know the BOD have talked alot about the strategic location of a Morrocan potash mine due to domestic sales potential, all but on the EU's doorstep and one of the world biggest importers of potash over the Atlantic in Brazil.
I think the Morroco Royal Family would have to make a very lucurative deal to keep EML 100% selling internally. And even though my heart is set on divis there is always the chance EML get the ball rolling on starting the project only to get taken out. A good pay day for us @ these levels but again, I want a dependable payday for 19 years to come with scope to up that to 40 years. I'm 33, that could be incredibly handy for me personally.

Mr Edward McDermott, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 775,000 ordinary @ 5.12 pps. Not bad, always good to see a director buy and to me that is not chump change like some director buys are to try and bolster sentiment.

Same difference as too why I sold out of XSG pre their 100-1 consolidation. There was no scope for dividends on even a longterm horizon ,imo(good product but bad BOD), so I left with a very small profit. If I was to remain I would want to hear about divi potential going forward in a scenario of consolidation for NASDAQ listing, just my MO. I don't like small holdings hence why I go after penny stocks. And totally nothing to do with being min wage skint.
